Items received are different from pictures on website, and definitely not the claimed cashmere... Cheap low quality items being sold at a high price. I have requested a refund and had no response in over a week.

Poor customer service
I received my item but it’s too small. I have reached out to return the item but had no response in over a week. I am very disappointed with the customer service. I won’t be buying from this company again.

A suggestion: you should offer the option to ship using DHL or similar even to pay by the customer. In my case I surely prefer that.

Shipping is fast but cut is not that nice..
Shipping is fast. However the material of the pants that I purchased could be better. Also the cut is not that close or nicer as shown on photo. In addition it’s not true to size and the cut is smaller.

Completely different jacket than advertised
Completely different jacket than the one advertised, down to different number and color of buttons, in addition to stitching, cut, and texture of fabric. Let’s see if the return process works out, but yeah, I feel fairly scammed.

Absolute scammed by this website. The so-called cashmere is fake and the colour of the design is totally different from the website. It is obviously a scam. The product feels like a 10 dollar item though I paid 68 for it.

Quality winter jacket good price good fit!
They kept in touch with progress of order. When it arrived I was happy with quality of jacket. It was thicker than I expected, which is fine. Material quality was good. I was concerned with fit, as that can be problem with remote ordering. Fit was excellent across shoulders and length of sleeves was excellent. Very satisfied with quality and price.

They aim to please, but be careful.
My experience with Belleza republic was pleasing in every way.
I'm highly impressed with the quality construction of my items and awesome discount pricing!
Customer service provided frequent updates re my purchases and the personal requests. I do advise shoppers to make sure you order the right size. Belleza's Return policy does not pay for shipping and international charges are very expensive for the customer. You end up only getting 60% refund of your purchase price. Beware when ordering from abroad

Bellezza Republic worse material please don't waste your money :Despite paying £95 I received a Chinese suit that looks nothing like the picture. I would advise you to ignore this Chinese website and product. It is of poor quality, one of the cheapest i have ever seen. Even H&M offers better quality for £10. Ignore this and do not purchase from this site

One out of three ain’t bad
Ordered 3 items and only one turned out to be what I expected. Always difficult when ordering online but fabric descriptions of two didn’t match what they turned out to be. Due to amount of time it took for items to arrive I had given up on them.
