Good product but there were some chips in the wood and I had to decorate this myself. Not really the quality I thought it would be but looks good.

Good experience

I ordered a small vanity unit with sink for a smalll en-suite bathroom.
When it arrived everything was there and seemed OK. However when I unpacked the sink unit (which is ceramic), there was a large hole in the basin side.
I contacted Belofay using their website contact form and received a very quick response (even though it was a Saturday!), and after a request for some information and a couple of photos taken and sent to them, a replacement sink was sent out.
That sink arrived (thankfully in 1 piece) and was only a few days later. The packaging was good in both cases and so I suspect the problem was more to do with courier services handling than a problem with Belofay's QC proceedures.
Their customer service has been exemplary and I have no hesitation in giving them a 5 star rating

Great bathroom cabinet. Well made. Instructions to construct could have been a bit better, although diagrams were accurate.
The front is flat and not bevelled as seen in other review pictures.
Once constructed- solid unit.
Only slight criticism is that the back board could obstruct future access to the pipes, isolating valves and or the waste pipe. I modified ours.
Accessories that came with the unit were very good value for money- especially the tap. The pop up drain leaked initially- but apparently this is common and nothing that plumbers mate couldn’t fix.
Overall- recommend this at the price.

Have only used customer services so far to ask for very specific details on a product. The reply was super fast and detailed answering my question perfectly. As a result I ordered the product (a glass wash basin)

Vanity unit and Basin was good value for money and quick delivery, the only thing was the instructions didn't show all parts when assembling No.13 missing but showed it on complete assembly on front page.

What can I say, well am usually very apprehensive about ordering of line, especially not knowing this company.
But all I can say is, trust me, the delivery was 3 days delivery.
It was so quick and I absolutely love my lights. I would put a picture on, but we haven't installed them yet as we only received them yesterday. Thank you.

Keeping me informed every step of the way from ordering to delivering, everything well packed and looks lovely for the price (only assembled and put in 29/1/26) space saving too.

Great Company to deal with

our order arrived with 2 panels damaged , they were replaced within the week fantastic service .

If I could give zero stars I would. Vanity unit and sink were falsely advertised, cabinet was mid blue online but when I received it it was virtually black. Extremely poor customer service department. They expect me to take a day off work unpaid to wait for this falsely advertised item to be collected.

The mattress is of very poor quality and you can feel the springs. I know it was in expensive. But l expected a little better. Would not recommend to anyone. Thank you

Terrible, attempted to contact customer support a number of times only to receive convoluted messages where they clearly could not understand a simply query. Thankfully did not place an order as I cannot b begin to think how bad after sales would be.

Very reasonable price for a good quality product.

This was my first time I had ordered a product from Belofay, but it won't be the last time. I loved the Parcel box, which was reasonably priced, easy to assemble, came well packaged and was delivered on time. What more could you ask for, happy customer :-)

Delivered wring item to me. Their policy stated no exchanges so i had to buy the correct unit again and get refund on the 1st one, then the nightmare began. Weeks of broken promises with them arranging day for me to be in to collect then blaming the courier for not collecting. After three weeks of this they sent me a code to return via Royal Mail and I had to drive 6 miles round to take these really heavy items. Since been refunded. Would never use again despite the items being ok value for money.
