Following the heartbreaking decision to have my beloved Rio put to sleep , Beloved pets provided exceptional care and professionalism at an incredibly difficult time.They treated Rio with the utmost dignity and showed great compassion throughout .I am sincerely grateful for their sensitivity and support , which brought great comfort during a painful loss .

"Compassion in Our Darkest Hour"

When our German Shepherd's health took a sudden and devastating turn at 4am we were overwhelmed with a sense of helplessness as we rung around looking for an emergency euthanasia service. We came to realise that when companies advertise they have a 24hr service this is only for collecting your deceased pet, not for euthanasia. From the moment we called Beloved Pets the team responded with remarkable empathy and professionalism, reassuring us that they would be there as quickly as possible. The vet was dispatched to us by Mark whilst we were still on the call with Heather.
David the Vet arrived promptly, yet with a calm and gentle presence that immediately eased some of our anxiety. He took the time to explain the process in clear, compassionate terms, making sure we understood each step and felt in control of the decisions being made. Even though it was an emergency, he never made us feel rushed. Instead, he encouraged us to take the time I needed to hold our Coco and speak to her.

Coco passed just with just the sedation which was handled with so much tenderness. David carefully explained what was happening the whole way through. Mark arrived soon after with the van.
The team’s quiet respect for the moment — their soft voices, gentle movements, and patience — made an unbearable situation just a little more bearable.
They carefully explained the cremation options, ensuring we could choose what felt right for us and Coco. The cremation was carried out the next day with the same dignity. We were sent a link the following week to book a time in the Quiet Room to collect Coco's Cremains. When we received our pet’s ashes, they were presented in a beautiful Scattering Tube as we had chosen, along with framed Coco's paw prints, a cremation certificate, 2 inspirational keepsakes, a sympathy card and a small card with comforting words. These thoughtful touches meant more than we can express.
In the midst of panic, heartbreak, and loss, this team brought peace, dignity, and compassion. They treated our Coco as if she was their own and treated us with the utmost kindness. We will forever be grateful for the way they helped our cherished Coco xx

For such a traumatic time having to say goodbye to your best friend, I dreaded the day , but this company where a god send , from the initial phone call, I was in bits and couldn’t even speak, they where patient and sympathetic, they guided me through everything, , made me and my dog comfortable told me every step of the way what was happening. No words will ever be enough. The love and compassion shown to my beloved cat, Puss, on his finally journey. The final act of love my Son & I could give him was to let him go. Beloved Pets, you were beside us every step of the way. Puss is now resting forever in the sun under his tree 🩷🩷🩷

What an amazing experience, caring compassionate throughout the whole journey. Our dog Ted was a yorkshire terrier with an amazing personality he loved the outdoors and loved cuddles and watching the world go by in the garden with his sibling Buster who misses him so much. From the initial call after making one of the hardest decisions we have ever had to make, David arrived who was so calm explained everything that he would do and what to expect gave us the time we needed to spend with Ted and took care of him up until the end, Jess could not do enough for us who I initially spoke with we were updated at every stage of Teds passing until he ws returned to us. Ted is home today with some lovely items as keepsakes some hair which has helped Buster understand he is still with us, a nose and paw print in a lovely frame just amazing, we have struggled with the loss but beloved pets have made the whole process compassionate and heartfelt and we feel Ted has had the best care he could have ever had, his ashes were not left alone but taken home to ensure he was with someone. When the time is right Buster will travel the same journey and be reunited with Ted so we can spread their ashes together. We can't praise the people involved in the company enough for the whole process from start to finish kind loving respectful and personable Ted had the best he could have ever wished for and so did we, ♥️

If there was a higher accolade than five stars, then I would give it to the team at beloved pets they made the journey through this upsetting time that much easier for us and treated our boy Jake with dignity as he crossed the rainbow bridge. I would highly recommend them.

When the time came for us to say goodbye to our beloved dog, Wilson, our hearts were completely shattered. Wilson was not just a pet — he was a cherished member of our family, our loyal companion, and a constant source of love and joy. Facing the reality of losing him was one of the most painful experiences we have ever endured.
During this incredibly difficult time, Beloved Pets provided a level of compassion, professionalism, and sensitivity that we will never forget. From our very first interaction, they treated both Wilson and our family with the utmost dignity and respect. Every conversation was handled with gentleness and understanding, and we never once felt rushed or overlooked. They truly recognized how much Wilson meant to us.
Their kindness brought comfort when we needed it most. They explained each step of the process with patience and care, allowing us the space to grieve while feeling fully supported. What could have been an overwhelming and unbearable experience was made just a little more manageable because of their empathy and thoughtful approach.
The way they honoured Wilson reflected the deep respect they have for the bond between pets and their families. That meant everything to us. In a moment filled with heartbreak, they provided reassurance, guidance, and genuine compassion.
Saying goodbye to a cherished companion is incredibly painful, but we are profoundly grateful to Beloved Pets for walking beside us during that time. Their professionalism was exceptional, but it was their humanity and warmth that truly stood out.
We wholeheartedly and sincerely recommend their services to anyone facing the loss of a much-loved pet. Thank you, Beloved Pets, for helping us honour Wilson with such tenderness, respect, and care. We will always be grateful.

WE LOST OUR MUCH LOVED CAT FIGARO (14yrs) ON SUNDAY 4/1/2026 . HE HAD SUDDENLY BECOME UNABLE TO WALK AND OVER A PERIOD OF 4 DAYS IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT HE WAS UNABLE TO CARRY ON IN THIS WAY. I FOUND BELOVED PETS ONLINE & WITHIN A VERY SHORT WHILE THEY HAD RETURNED OUR CALL & WERE ORGANISING A LOCAL VET DAVID TO VISIT OUR HOUSE TO HELP FIGARO PASS AWAY PEACEFULLY. THEY WERE ABLE TO WAIT UNTIL WE COULD GET OUR DAUGHTER & HER HUSBAND TO COME & SAY THEIR GOODBYES. FIGARO WAS ORIGINALLY OUR DAUGHTERS CAT SO SHE WAS OBVIOUSLY DEVASTATED AS WE WERE AT THE LOSS OF FIGARO. WE WERE SO HAPPY WITH THE KINDNESS & HOW THOUGHTFUL BOTH THE VET AND LIAM FROM BELOVED PETS WERE. IT MADE SOMETHING THAT WAS THE MOST AWFUL DAY A LITTLE EASIER TO BARE. THEY WERE SO LOVING AND GENTLE WITH FIGARO AND GAVE US WHATEVER TIME WAS NEEDED TO SAY GOODBYE TO OUR MUCH LOVED CAT, HE WAS SUCH A SPECIAL PET XXXX .SO WE WOULD LIKE TO SAY A REALLY BIG THANKYOU TO EVERYONE INVOLVED IN FIGAROS JOURNEY OVER THE RAINBOW BRIDGE. When all else failed we contacted Belovedpets , after a conversation with a wonderful lady we arranged a visit for them to take care of our precious dogs .they said they would be with us in one hour and they were . They talked us through the procedure and very respectful , they told us what would happen and we were contacted after each step of the procedure, we had a visit by a member of the team who brought us a lot more than we expected . Two beautiful frames containing paw prints , candles , and other very appreciated items . This is an outstanding company I would recommend anyone who needs help like we did to use them . I want to say a huge thanks to Beloved Pets who were so caring, supportive and professional throughout their services to ourselves when our beloved elderly dog passed away recently which was very late on in the evening/early hours of the morning. Their 24/7 easy contact details on their website was truly amazingly, as were all of the people who work there. They were so dedicated, respectful and caring when they collected my beloved dog early morning, and their cremation services were also so caring and respectful treating my beloved dog with love, care and dignity after he’d passed. During the very traumatic time of our dog dying at home with us in the very late evening/early hours of the morning, due to being so upset we weren’t aware to this company or to their services of 24/7 home euthanasia and collection services for private cremation, and I just wanted to point out their incredible and wonderful services on here to raise awareness for other pet owners who may find themselves in similar traumatic situations to ourselves with their beloved pets. With this happening late at night/early hours of the morning, alongside the trauma of trying to make our beloved dog as comfortable, loved, and as reassured as possible in his time of need, we were also at a complete overwhelming loss of what to do for the best both during and after the traumatic event due to this happening outside of normal vet hours, which is why I just wanted to make other pet owners more aware of their wonderful support and services. They were so professionally supportive and guided us gently throughout the entire process and I cannot thank them enough for giving us peace of mind in that we had entrusted them completely in taking our beloved dog and in giving him the care, respect, dignity, and send off that he truly deserved after he had sadly passed away. Their fees were very reasonable (with a payment plan option as per their website if required), and they were so much more affordable in comparison to our out-of-hours veterinary clinic. Although it’s difficult to think about costs such as euthanasia, collection, and cremation etc during/after after such a traumatic experience, unfortunately we do find ourselves having to, and Beloved Pets made this much more manageable for us emotionally, physically, and financially. We were utterly disappointed, disgusted, and aghast at our own vet’s out-of-hours costs along with their their seemingly lack of care and services, but thankfully we found Beloved Pets who fully supported and guided us throughout this traumatic experience with their professional guidance, loving care, compassion, dedication, kindness, dignity, and respect. We cannot recommend them enough. THANK YOU Beloved Pets.
