I placed an order for a gift for Mother’s Day for a family member. Something happened the day I placed the order and I ended up having to cancel the order unfortunately. So I contacted the company via e-mail asking them to cancel the order. I received a message the next day from the company asking why I was canceling my order, so I explained why I canceled. I received a reply stating they were going to cancel the order AND ALSO wrote me a very kind, thoughtful personal message. Great customer service!

Excellent customer service!
I thought my ring had gotten lost so I contacted customer service. I was responded to quickly and re assured all was not lost. A replacement was sent.
I then got, what I now know, was fake UPS tracking number and was told my ring had been delivered...wrong. Contacted same agent and was again told not to worry. They then sent me the correct tracking details. I finally got my ring. And I couldn't be happier! An excellent product well worth the wait. Thank you.

I purchased a mother,daughter bracelet and when I received it it wasn't what I expected.It had a capital D and. small L and I was expecting capital letters on both. I wrote about changing it but they decided to give me a percent back and keep the bracket. Since everyone was so nice I decided to keep it and take the $6.10 refund and a 20% discount on a future item.

I ordered this ring for my sister for Christmas And it either got lost or stolden.I reached out and they agreed to resend it .While waiting for it to reach her again She lost her beloved pet.The ring came a week after losing her pet She loved it .It made her cry she was happy because we lost our parents dad 12 years ago and our mom 8years ago.
