Recommend Be Mindful
Be Mindful is a useful and affordable start to finding out about the important basics of mindfulness. It was a useful reminder for me. I thought the videos, email reminders and homework each week was manageable and helped to make mindfulness a healthy daily habit.
Be mindful has really helped me
Be mindful has really helped me along with some lifestyle changes . I am trying to use what I have learnt in my everyday life even when I'm not stressed anxious or worrying about things. But I am sleeping better, dealing with normal stressful situations better and feel more in control. I would recommend be mindful

I liked this course
I liked this course, I am more aware about what is going on in my life more aware about my feelings but I will see the real change when I keep practicing the exercises.

The BeMindful course has benefited me because I was not aware of self-care. My mind is constantly going all the time. Excellent help
This is a gentle guidance to relieve anxiety and feel at peace.
This was a gentle guidance led by Ed and Tessa into finding inner peace and quite. With various mindful practices which are easy to do, week by week. I started to feel more relaxed and able to think clearly. The big part of mindful practice is learning to switch the brain off and taking notice of how your body feels in the body scan, which is basically seeing how each part of body feels from the toes to the top of the head. Taking note of aches and pains or maybe feeling nothing at all, with an open mind, breathing into the areas that are aching and letting go of the pain on an outward breath.
By the end of the 4 weeks I had gone from feeling drepressed/anxious to feeling happy and hopeful. A big thank you to Ed and Tessa, I could not have done this without your help and this course.

Through the course I was able to use the advice and techniques offered, to enable me to accept the feelings I experience and move forward, letting go of the big stick I used to beat myself up.

This course was just what I needed at a very hard stage in my life, including the gentle nudges when I flagged. It helped slow frantic thoughts right down and gave good techniques to manage hard times. Mindful walking, mindful eating, and how to introduce mindfulness into everyday life.
I will return to the suggested exercises and try to lead a more mindful life, no matter what happens in it. Thank you.

A well structured and thorough intro to mindfulness. The presenters explain the various techniques clearly and guide you through them in a calm and considerate manner, which can be a necessary reassurance if things get emotional. There is plenty of leeway to allow you to progress at a pace that suits you. Highly recommended.

Little bit complicated to find your way around. Not particularly relevant to my situation. However some useful exercises and will refer back to it/spend a bit more time on it.
