If I could give them negative stars I would! They never indicated on their website that there products are shipped from China! They take your extra money so you think you'll get your shipment quicker but you don't find out until after the order is placed that it's not going to be 3-7 days shipping but 25 days!!! Such a scam. I requested a refund immediately but just keep getting a run around. Plus my purchase was not cheap, $60, plus the extra $9 for 3-7day shipping. Please beware and look into these websites thoroughly before placing orders so you don't get scammed! Also, you can even decifer where they are located, China, England or Philippines??? By looking at the reviews obviously I'm not the only one who got scammed. This company needs to be shut down!!

Took a while to receive the candle and now it is broken. I emailed them about it and they have not responded. I would not recommend using this company because of their customer service

I bought the Magical Birthday Candle to surprise my daughter. The expedited shipping said 7-12 days, when I checked on day 13th the item was still in LA processing center and the answer I received to the email I sent them was that could take 20-25 days to receive my package. Of course, the candle arrived way too late and they denied to give me a refund. I’m truly disappointed and I don’t want this people to continue taking your money with promises they don’t take seriously. Differently than other times, I didn’t check the reviews so here I’m writing a bad review.
Be aware and prepared to receive your item super late in case you don’t follow the reviews

I purchased the magic candle and paid $15.99 for expedited shipping of 5-7 days. The item finally arrived 31 days later.

I complained but the company refused to refund me, though obviously the event for which I had purchased the magic candle had long since passed.

Buyer beware.

This was a terrible experience. I saw their ad for a birthday candle and I was very interested. It was a candle in the shape of a flower. When you light it it turns and blooms. I thought how cool. Someone special in my life had a birthday right around the corner so this would be perfect. They offer "VIP shipping 3-7days" for $15.99. So I purchased the candle and the VIP shipping. The shipping was more then the candle but the cost didn't really matter so much as long as it was something unique and fun for the birthday coming up. I should have looked into it earlier but I guess I was just disappointed that it didn't show and really busy all at the same time. Finally 12 days after I ordered the candle and 5 days after the birthday had passed I decided to look into what had happened. I email the company and tell them the situation. I get a very quick response saying that they can not cancel my order because it had been shipped. So I use the tracking # to see where it is. Honestly I thought maybe it had been delivered but the package got stolen or something. when I track the package it says it just left CHINA! It literally 12 days after I ordered it just left CHINA! I'm sure things can arrive in 3-5 days from China but it doesn't sound very realistic. And the fact it had just left was shocking. I would think it's just a scam because why even offer that shipping and then not even come close to the mark ya know? So I wrote back asking how it could be that I can not cancel my order or at least get refunded for the $15.99 that I paid for 3-7 day shipping that I obviously was not going to get. I did not see a response but it has only been a few days.I looked into it and the company seems ligit in the sense that it is real . It really does have these products that they sell. So I'm not sure what is going on but I noticed when the person from customer support responded there was a copy of my order details . But on her end my order details said "estimated delivery -5-15days" . I double checked my order details and what I was charged and it says $15.99 for VIP 3-7 day shipping" I screen shot both things of course for my records and sent them in my reply. I don't know if the shipping part is just a way to scam extra money out of people or what the deal is. Not that it would be ok under any circumstances.. but it feels extra wrong that this item is supposed to be for someone's special day. I am simply baffled how their response could be that because it just now 12 days later shipped they could not do anything to fix the situation. To me it is stealing and it almost feels like it was premeditated. But even if not .. especially if not.. then fixing the issue should have been a priority. Their response was simply that they can not do it because it has shipped. Not offering to refund the shipping nothing. I check my emails several times a week I will update my review if/when I get a response from them or if anything changes. But I am terribly disappointed about the situation and kind of in disbelief. I highly recommend that you do not give this company your business.
