On 19th October I received an email from this company promising a refund of €260.50 as their product Nuero Sharp had been returned to them by Spanish customs (where I live).
In the email they promise refund of my payment

Nearly two months later still nothing has been paid and all my complaint emails have been unanswered

BEWARE THIS COMPANY

BUYER BEWARE: HeroUp is a Total Scam with a WORTHLESS "GUARANTEE"
Do NOT fall for the marketing hype surrounding the "HeroUp" product. This company is a complete fraud, and my experience with their sham "100% money-back hassle free guarantee" has been nothing short of a nightmare.
Like many, I was initially drawn in by the online ads that featured an unauthorized portrayal of Dr. Oz, making it seem like a legitimate, medically-endorsed product. The advertising promised miraculous results and a risk-free trial, reinforced by the bold "hassle-free guarantee." It was all a lie designed to dupe unsuspecting consumers. Dr. Oz himself has publicly stated that companies are illegally using his name and likeness in fake ads.
When the product inevitably failed to deliver any results, I attempted to exercise my "hassle-free" guarantee. That's when the real headache began. The company is set up to bombard you with “offers” for 20, 30, and 40 percent refunds without returning the product.
After countless attempts, I finally got through to someone who put me through an intentionally arduous and frustrating process designed to prevent refunds. They demanded I return the product in "original packaging with some type of travel bar" or face exorbitant penalties, conditions never mentioned in the initial "hassle-free" marketing. The entire experience has been a masterclass in dishonest business practices, essentially a tactic to scam consumers, especially seniors, out of their money.
The "HeroUp" company's unwillingness to honor their own advertised guarantee, combined with their use of fake endorsements and non-existent customer service, proves this is a blatant rip-off.
Save your money and your sanity. Do not buy the "HeroUp" product. If you have been scammed, I recommend filing a complaint with your local consumer protection office, the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and reporting the health fraud to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the FDA.

After watching one of the company's ad videos online, I caved and ordered their Nerve Calm product. I regret wasting my money on it since it hasn't done anything positive for me, but what may be just as irritating is the instantaneous and constant influx of emails from not only that company, but also similar companies in other countries.

I've attempted to unsubscribe from the emails with very little success. I was able to get the Brazilian companies to stop, but I get at least 3 emails every day from Be NeoNature, even after sending them email after email with the word "UNSUBSCRIBE" in bold text.

The following is the response I get from "Laura" every time:
