I still have 2 request from Dec 2025. When I was finally able to request and 3 more since then. All said 3+days then just in que to be paid out now. Generic responses from Costomer service, Saying they are limiting request and refunds not to overwhelm there system. Yet no one is admitting to actually receiving there money yet. And responses to reviews are computer generated and generic. Same response to everyone. 0 stars.

I have used Benjamin since 2024. They were great with quick withdrawal that transferred to my bank without any issues. Although $100 might not seem like a lot of money to Benjamin, it’s the principle and integrity of the company. I have had $25 in queue since Jan 9. Another $75 since Feb. I have emailed support multiple times and receive the same generic message that my withdrawal is in queue and my patience is appreciated. Wonder how the people that work for Benjamin would feel if they had to wait on their paycheck endlessly. Very disappointed! I loved this app and used it daily. I truly hope Benjamin returns to the honorable company/app they once were. I still login daily with hopes their issues turn around. After I’ve read other reviews with the same issue, I’m not hopeful.

I've been using Benjamin for over a year. It used to be great. I would be able to cash out right my bank account or a gift card. Ever since payouts were paused in December 2025, it has gone down. I've been waiting almost three weeks for $25 payout to PayPal. It just says I'm in the queue. The response is useless. And now you get charged 0.99 for each payout. I'm not expecting to ever receive anything.

I’ve been using this app for over a year without any issues until now. When I try to withdrawal my earnings of $35.00 I keep getting a message that it’s on hold and wait 24 hrs to try again. It’s been 4 days of the same crap. I have over $200 in the queue I was excited about but seems I probably won’t be getting that! Do better Benjamin.

I was so excited to use this app but it has been a nightmare. I have $150 over 3 separate cash outs I requested in early December that still haven’t been processed. All I get in a generic response about the new system put in place but no real answer or timeline. After almost 3 months of waiting I deserve a real answer.

I have been trying to get my money for over a week it’s still saying processing in queue and when I reached out to ask how long get a generic response but under helpful info is says about 5 hours so I have been trying to get a answer about how long it really takes and still no answer I wish I would had known all this was happening before wasting my time in this app I have used many of these type of apps and never had this much problem getting my money or even a real response.

My experience is the same as everyone else. I have $600 pending in the withdrawal queue since 12/9/25. It was supposed to be my Christmas money. That didn’t work. Very disappointed with the availability of my funds and the withdrawal process. Hope to see my money someday.

They locked payments in October. We were not allowed to request our money until December. Told 3+ days. It is 2/26/26 and I am still waiting for my money since 12/10/25! This is ridiculous. I want my money now.

The I requested two withdrawals on 12/9/2025 and 12/10/2925. I'm still waiting. They still show pending in the app. I have contacted customer service several times and am told they gave a large volume at this time. The last email I sent about a week ago is still unanswered. This is not good business practice.and now I'm seeing more and more negative reviews.

I used to LOVE this app...until they made changes last year. I worked SO hard to play a bunch of games last summer and fall due to having surgery and really need this money. Having to withdraw $50 at a time while having to PAY .99 each time is already frustrating enough, on top of the stupid cash queue they have now, noone wants to have to wait 2 months to get what they've earned when other companies pay you same day or at most within a week for the same payments on the same games. Now I have games I've started on Benjamin and won't be able to move them to another app that would actually pay me. I have $300 "pending withdrawal" plus another almost $200 I am trying to withdraw, and several games that I've started and don't want to miss out on the promised rewards for them. Plus, seeing how their customer service has been changed to the exact same general answer to everyone trying to get answers, AND the same thing is being typed in every reply to these complaints on here too...I don't want to hear you "had to restrict withdrawals", that isn't your customers fault and they deserve the money you owe them. I also don't want to hear "this issue has been escalated", since it is very plain that nothing is actually being escalated or resolved. Definitely avoid this app if you actually want paid for these games.

But I decided to keep earning and be patient. I have now attempted to withdraw 5 times since December 2025 and still haven't seen a penny. It says I'm "in queue" and being processed, but we're going on 3 months since I first attempted my $50 withdrawal (I do not like this new $50 max limit -- which I am SURE is contributing to the volume of withdrawals. Why make users do lots of tiny withdrawals instead of 1 big one???) I'm still playing and still earning. Just can't seem to get my money!!! Ugh! Don't know how much longer I'll keep going. I've tried PayPal and Venmo. Benji isn't processing either. :(

Ok so I saw the reply from benjamin and I also saw pretty much the same reply that was said to me on other reviews. I feel like this is just AI or something automated that they're doing just to try to appease people. I've seen people on here that have been trying to cash out for a year or longer and different time frames that are way longer than mine so I don't understand what's going on. This is ridiculous!! people want their money Benjamin and we deserve it we've referred many people and got them on it that makes us look bad when you don't do what you say You're going to do & also it really doesn't look good on you and it does reflect in the reviews. My payment has been in queue since February 14th and it still is and like I said I've seen people that have way longer time frames in the queue than I do so just take care of everyone in order and we will more than likely put good reviews on you. again also I wanted to address the part where you said to contact your customer service that they're here to help and blah blah okay no they're not because I have sent them five or six tickets now and I wait until I receive a response before I send another but every single time all they have done is put that same exact message that's posted on the faq's wall I've already read that over and over and over again I know that it says because there's a high volume of requested payouts that you started putting in them in processing ques. and that's where it is but you need to take off the part on there that says venmo and PayPal usually cash out in 5 hours but it may be sooner you need to tell people hey it may be a whole lot longer

This app used to be great but like everyone else I started having issues after the update. When it finally started allowing withdraws again it took 6 days for me to get through and I was given an estimated wait time of 77 days. Well 77 days passed and now instead of an estimated time it just says payment processing. I tried contacting support but they sent the same generic message they send to everyone. I replied and was ignored. I recontacted support with screenshots of my issue and the emails showing I was ignored but the only response I got was the exact same copy and paste reply they sent me the first time. BS app. BS customer support.

On December 10th 2025 I put in for a withdrawal for $50 here it is February 25th and I still have not yet received a payment from you guys. I will never recommend any of my friends or family to this site you guys have pretty much stolen everybody's money. When are you finally going to pay us?

I have been with Benjamin for over a year and was great up until they revamped there system and, had to wait a month because of their revamping of the system. And then when we were able to cash out, you got the option of staying with it and get into a drawing No one is able to see a list of any winners, or cashing out right away. I have sent inquiries and got a generic, note back.
Saying I had to wait three days for it to be in the queue. This is now.

I have been waiting for my payout since December 8th and nothing. I also didn’t receive $200 for a task that was completed. I have emailed a video and screen shots to support to show that it was completed within the time frame but I get no response.

This is a huge waste of time. I saved my "rewards" for a year, planning on using it to supplement my holiday budget. Then payments were frozen for 3 months. Then it took weeks to even submit the payment request. Once I was finally able to get through the withdraw process, it went into a question for "3+ days"...well, that was the beginning of December 2025. I'm still waiting and it's almost March 2026. I was still logging in and doing the daily check in, more to track the days since the request than anything else, but yesterday (2/22/26), my streak was erased and the "rewards" removed even though I had been logging in daily.
At one time, this was a good site but not any more. Don't waste your time, there are better sites out there!
