This was the best customer servce, I have ever come across. I made a mistake with my order and I was immediately contacted by Claire who promised me everything would be fine. She was in touch with me nearly every day and sometimes as late as 10pm. reassuring me that my order was being dealt with. She went over and above in such a friendly way. I also got a tracking number so I could track my order. This was updated every morning. I received my order today from Royal Mail. The whole experience with this company was excellent but was made special by the lovely Claire for exceptional attention.

I placed this order absolutely ages ago and they came today,disappointed is a understatement.
Wrong size sent (to big)
Not leather as advertised
The elastic is crap and the studs if thats what they are called are different on each trainer.
PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
They dont reply to emails the only one that did was Claire in customer service.
Appalling service from a company.
No way of sending back as no return form supplied which tells you everything.

Please don’t trust this company I received a dress nothing like the picture said to be stylish was shocked, very upset a SCAM

they never respond to emails and sent wrong size and would never answer return emails. STAY AWAY from this vendor

Overpriced for cheap product.
Mis guided with a location in Vancouver however ships from China - returns are unreasonable. Would not order again from them.
