Ever since I made them aware I could settle my outstanding IVA they have stopped contacting me, not even the automated email response anymore. It feels like they don’t want me to pay off my balance early, makes me think they just want the monthly payments off me as why else would they hinder my settlement. Very upsetting

The customer service is just non existent now.
At the start of my IVA, it was brilliant!
I took a payment break due to being pregnant and having my baby and circumstances have changed, which I informed them.
I have asked to do a new form for expenditures. Completely avoiding me just keep trying to take my money, which I don’t have and my place of work has let me go but this company has no compassion and no customer service it’s appalling.
I have emailed them 4/5 times in 2 months and no response. I can’t call due to having a baby which I’m sure someone will understand what that’s like.
It’s appalling and very unprofessional!!!

I had a great experience with Bennett-Jones. The whole process was easy and worry free. I was kept informed all the way and communication was fantastic. I would highly recommend them.

When I first got transferred over the communication was great I could call to get an update on where I was standing. 8 months ago I managed to pay the remainder of my Iva off. As of today I am still waiting for Bennett jones to complete my Iva and send the remaining money to my lenders.

I have called at the end of every month and get told “there is a back log call back in a month”… as soon as I paid it was as if they had lost complete interest in me.

I am now in the process of making a formal complaint and also taken this case to the industry standard.

This is not the first complaint on trust pilot regarding this issue as I have also seen others with the same issue.
