The shorts were made of very thin, low quality linen. The White shorts are unwearable as they are so sheer. The black are passable for this summer. Delivered from overseas not Boston. the return process is punitive at best. NOT RECOMMENDED.
I purchased the Lucius Anti-Theft Bag in December after seeing it advertised as a premium, durable product. Unfortunately, within just a few months of normal use, the straps started coming apart.
I contacted customer service expecting some level of support or goodwill because this appears to be a quality issue, not normal wear and tear. However, the company simply referred to their 30-day policy and offered no replacement, repair, or resolution.
A bag marketed for quality and durability should last much longer than a few months. Very disappointed with both the product quality and the customer support experience.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this company. The product quality did not match the advertising, and the company did not stand behind its product when an issue occurred.
Do not buy from this company..the dress I ordered with was made from the cheapest material I wanted a refund period and they told me I had to pay the shipping charges back to China, which would’ve been more than I paid for the dress so they told me I could keep the dress that I don’t want and they gave me US$15
Long delivery time, bad quality, bad sizing, bad materials, horrible smell. They foul the customers that are located in Boston, and actually they are in China , laying for free returns. Please DO NOT EVER CONTACT OR BUY FROM THEM.
BEWARE!!! Company is in china so no returns. They'll only give 30% refund. Quality of fabric is awful. Flimsy & synthetic. Colors don't match what's shown. Red came as pink. Navy came as light blue.
