Paid almost $200.00 for 3 bottles, only received 1. Bad business taking money from customers and don't deliver. That was over 2 months ago.

Stop sending emails even after unsubscribing

this company is one of the biggest scammers going. avoid at all costs. and it will be a cost as their products are weak worthless overprice basic vitamin formulations. their prostate pills are a joke. i am a biomedical scientist and i dare them to provide any credible proof their products are not what i say they are. even if they were legit they are at least 4x more expensive than actual real competitor products.

Clair made my experience great! She provided exactly the help I needed. As a long time user of Ben's excellent prostate products I have found them so effective that I have reduced my dosage. This means I sometimes have to delay a shipment as I still haven't started the previous month's shipment. This happened with the November 2025 shipment which has been delayed as I requested. Ben's customer service staff have always been most accommodating to my needs.

Its not often that I need to contact them, because they are awesome when it comes to delivering their quality products.
However once in a while I have questions and they treat me like I'm their only customer.
Claire has done an outstanding job answering my questions and even followed up to make sure that I received the product.

I needed to postpone an automatic shipment and contacted them via the website. I got a email response within minutes telling me when it was scheduled. I asked for a later shipment date via email and got a response in a couple minutes with confirmation of the new date. Very pleasant email too.
In addition, buying directly from the company is a lot cheaper than from Amazon.
