Amazing experience with Berkshire glazing great price very professional friendly team highly recommend

Cold called twice in half an hour. This is a breach of gdpr. If company are so good why do they need to tout for business.

They offer some great services, totally recommend.

Excellent experience

The fitters Mike & Ricky arrived promptly,explained what they were going to do and got on with it despite the inclement weather.They worked very hard,were professional and very respectful to us and our property.They cleaned up after every room was done.Very impressed and would recommend highly.

Berkshire Glazing replaced my windows and front door last year. The contract was signed in October 2023! Well over a year later there are still outstanding issues that they never resolved by Stephen Ballard (Director) or his staff.

Would you be happy with the following issues?

1) No FENSA certificate issued or registered on the FENSA Website despite this being part of their Invoice and Contract and part of the 10-year guarantee.

2) Mis-selling of the 'bulls’ eye' glass in the front door. I requested a frosted glass, they installed a bull’s eye and when I queried it, their response was that they had made a mistake and that this was the only glass available which is why they installed it. So basically tough!

3) Serious damaged to the plasterwork - over an inch deep in places around the door frame which should have been repaired at the time, along with cracking around a window frame where they ripped out the old window.

Would you trust a company who offer a 10-year guarantee but can't even install the goods that you agreed on or make good any damages because of the work undertaken.

To be fair, the windows are great and alone would merit easily a 9 out of 10, the installation and customer service or complete lack of most definitely a -10 if that was at all possible.

Daniel, Kieran that fitted and Jason who sold windows and doors, were polite, happy, excellent workers. Company kept in touch throughout and after all was finished. Would recommend them

Good price, totally professional, no mess after installation, no ghetto blaster noise, friendly and nothing for me to do afterwards. Highly recommend to anyone wanting new windows.

Have had 17windows and 2 doors installed very impressed with Berkshire glazing especially danial and Luke windows, and Mike doors, very efficient and professional, nothing too much trouble, would definitely recommend.

Fitters let me know when they were late due to traffic, which was appreciated. Worked very hard and Dan and his mate was very polite and cheerful. Service was very good and I love my new windows.

Wondering why this company is cold -calling on our mobile home park.
If it's doing well there should be no need to deliver flyers personally when we all have post boxes and letter boxes, and insist on giving quotes.
As this is a retirement park it makes people vulnerable to pushy salespeople.
Isn't cold-calling against the law?

Arrived on time. Pleasant fitters. When ordered Jason suggested a change of style for landing window, I am so pleased he did because I love it. Overall Excellent Service.
