I really like 2 features very much. The first one is the ”Question Mark”, if I want to look for the meaning of some expressions and some words, it can give me the explanation very quickly and with some examples, I think it’s much better than looking for the meaning in a dictionary or by searching on the web. Another feature I like is the self practice mode and I can’t even customize it with the pronunciation and with the speech speed. This feature really helps me to improve my confidence in speaking.

It's not a serious school, there's no good service, there's no clarity, it's just people trying to make a profit

No recomiendo a nadie esta escuela de inglés, no tiene buena atención, te mandan de un lado para el otro, desaparecieron con el dinero enviado del curso.

As a student, I had a negative experience due to the way I was treated by one of the teachers on my third day of class, which was far too early, without any basis for such behaviour. I found this inappropriate and unprofessional.

I formally reported the situation to the school, but there was no apology or accountability, and my experience as a student was not acknowledged. Instead, the response focused on justifying the teacher’s actions.

Having been a student at this school since last year, I expected a more responsible and supportive approach, especially in matters of professional conduct. Remaining neutral or dismissive in such situations is not acceptable.

For these reasons, I will not be renewing my course and would not recommend this school to prospective students who expect respect, professionalism, and a safe learning environment.

Dès le début quand nous avons eu Kevin BELLARD qui nous a super bien accueilli et expliqué la procédure jusqu’au prof Keri Harris ,absolument génial,pédagogue et avec qui nous avons un super feeling en passant par Anastasia très accueillante et efficace

Mi opinión es sobre Berlitz Lindavista CDMX. La experiencia no fue nada grata, su personal de recepción desatento y grotesco. Su personal de ventas muy atosigante y los profesores no dan seguimiento.

Pésimo han decaído muchísimo, me hablaron disque para alentarme a continuar con mis estudios y les hice mis observaciones sobre una maestra en especifico que no tenia un buen sistema de aprendizaje y me terminaron regañando por su personal, la misma directora, luego recibí otra llamada y lo mismo, triste que se tomen a mal las críticas constructivas, en ningún momento fui grosera o utilice alguna palabra de manera despectiva, lo que dije fue que hablaba mucho en español la maestra y que no deja participar a mas personas mas que a unos cuantos, al final me echaron la culpa de que no aprendía por no encender mi cámara, la Miss Carolina deja muuuucho que desear, en ningún otro nivel me había pasado esto con ningún profesor, no vuelvo con berlitz.

I was assigned a Student Success Coach, Rosalind, who was incredibly helpful and professional. It was truly a pleasure working with her. She was attentive to my needs, responded quickly, and communicated clearly. My teacher was great as well!

Tinha fechado um contrato de 3 módulos de curso, comecei faz um ano, mas desde 25 de março de 2025, as aulas do meu curso vêm sendo adiadas a cada duas semanas, muitas vezes sem aviso prévio. No contrato está escrito que o limite de conclusão é dia 11/11/2025. No entanto, mesmo após diversos e-mails, incluindo um em que me disseram que as aulas iriam ser enfim iniciadas, recebo um e-mail notificando um novo adiamento.

Berlitz est nul! Les professeurs sont exploités et traités comme d idiotes. Il manque de tout: crayons, tableaux, soutien et le materiel est ennuyant. La remuneration est un blague! Fortement déconseillé - haute Flux des professeurs à cause des mauvaises conditions de travail.

Estoy muy insatisfecha con el servicio que me están brindando, hace tiempo tuve la oportunidad de tomar clases presenciales y eran increíbles pero en línea a lo mejor cambiaron el cómo enseñar pero es pésima, las primeras 3 clases me encantaron con maestro obviamente extranjeros que pues entienden cómo se debe mantener un conversación cotidiana, ahorita el teacher que me tocó su método no me encanta, todos tenemos diferentes formas de aprender si estamos de acuerdo, no todos aprendemos de la misma forma, lo cual este profesor hace preguntas del tema pero se las lleva las 3 horas, cuestionando lo mismo del tema, y si soy sincera no he aprendido nada, la forma de cuestionar, de hacer sus caras cuando no s entiende o estamos haciendo, presionando con la misma pregunta, a mi en lo particular no me gustó ya la forma de aprendizaje, si fuera con un maestro extranjero que de verdad se pusiera a utilizar el material del libro haría el sacrificio de quedarme pero así no puedo, con el maestro Carlos ni si quiera ocupamos ni hacemos los audios ni las actividades del libro, y menos escribir, el repite oraciones que quiere que las repitamos 3 o 4 veces por lo menos, y cuando le mencioné que las escribía para poder repetir él me contestó que ese era el problema que no quería que escribiera para poder escuchar yo bien, pero la verdad yo no aprendo de esa forma necesito ver entender y saber qué significa por lo menos y él no deja y ya te medio ayuda si te súper atoras pero para que pase eso ya es por qué de plano no puedes y hace su cara de molestia o de what? Que no nos entiende y mi pregunta es, para que entonces se paga tanto del material si no lo usara en la clase, ahora yo tengo contacto diario con los extranjeros, y con los primeros maestros era súper entretenido por que si me servían sus tecnicismos, pero con este profesor debería de entender que lo que hace no va a ser una conversación real, está bastante robotizado, pero bueno ese es mi punto de vista y mi inconformidad, antes eran mejores. Agradezco mucho su tiempo. Ya mandé el correo que mencionan, espero mi cancelación y su respuesta, obviamente sin la penalidad, por que pues no voy a utilizar un servicio que no me está funcionando, gracias.

contrate los modulos por adelantado , el modulo 2 perfecto en le horario que me prometiron pague el modulo tres les dije que habia pagado el modulo por adelantado y que no habia horario , me colocaron en un horario que no pude asistir , a la fecha no dan solucion y los mas critico no devuelven el dinero

They only hire none native teachers which makes it very difficult to understand the pronunciation. A lot of mistakes grammar wise and the implementation of the wrong vocabulary. It's astonishing that this company still exist.

I am currently studying with Berlitz and have been for over two year. I wish I wasn't, but they somehow have a training provision contract with the multinational company I work for.

Every lesson is a torture and I leave heavily depressed. This hasn't improved in over two years.

My best description of the Berlitz method is as follows.

1. Someone you've never met speaks at you in a language you don't understand

2. In a language you dont understand, they ask you a question you can't possibly know the answer to.

3. You guess

4. You are wrong.

5. ????

6. Apparently you have now learned the language

The language I'm studying has very unintuitive grammar. The Berlotz method is just to read a textbook in that language and talk at you in that language and expect that you'll somehow learn.

It doesn't work.

Send your staff to a better school.

My grandson enjoyed his lessons and is now reaping the benefit as he begins a second year of high school French. He feels very much on top of his lessons and is motivated to continue to be so. He told me he plans to study French all four years instead of the requirement of only two. I think he is interested in doing so because of the progress he made one on one with his Berlitz French teacher. The teacher was also flexible in adapting her time schedule if conflicts arose with the set lesson time. All in all it was a very positive experience.
