I’ve been using BerqWP for quite some time now. At first, I was a bit disappointed because, although the websites did load much faster, this led to display issues that I couldn’t resolve. Moreover, there were hardly any customization options, so I rarely used the plugin. The new version 4 is a quantum leap for me. Manual adjustments are now possible, but they’re hardly necessary anymore since the display works flawlessly in most cases. Recently, I had an issue with an externally embedded widget that wasn’t loading. I had to contact support, who optimized the plugin to resolve my issue, so now no further settings or adjustments are required. If you’re looking for a user-friendly and effective optimization plugin with competent support, I highly recommend BerqWP.

In the end, it has been fixed. I am changing my review to 5/5, although it is a pity that only posting a review (I think) motivated the support team to reply to me and look into the issue.

BerqWP was the best plugin that saved my life after just a few hours of integration. For several months, I would rate it 11/10 – everything worked perfectly.

However, everything changed with version 3. Cache refresh can take up to a week (!), which makes the plugin useless when we regularly add new features to the website. When we release deployments once a week, the cache cannot reload all subpages in time. Google results are dropping, and support is not responding.

I sent my first ticket on 13.01.2026. I followed up on 29.01.2026 (until that day, no one had contacted me). I received a reply saying that support was working on fixing the bug. On 10.02.2026, I asked about the status – no response. On 18.02.2026, I asked again about the status.

For over a month, the plugin has been unusable, and I have been left alone without any real help. I am writing this review with sadness because I loved this plugin, but I have no other idea how to contact support so that they finally notice me.

Over the year I spend a lot of time keeping up with the page speed changes. I used different tools to make my managed WordPress website go fast. I invested in the best hosting, the best themes,... and yet sometimes a website could have bad speed. Even after buying professional plugins, the speed was not as good as expected. Especially since manual expert speed optimization cost a lot. Story short, with BerqWP I was able to optimize my websites in a record time. The support is responsive to help with specific issues. And the speed scores are breaking all records. Great plugin!

This plugin is a winner, the recommended server plugin from our hosting company sucks we could not get the best speed score for both mobile and destop and there was too much to tweaked. We found this one that keeps both mobile and desktop speed score in the 90+, at first we doubted them due to fewer installation and reviews but their logo got our attention, we got the free version to test it out first and then in less than 2 hours, we upgraded to a pro plan best decision ever we like to see all CWV in green. Technical support is a bit slow it takes about 3 days before you get a response, if that is not a problem for you this plugin is a winner.

I've been using WP Rocket for 3 years now, but lately it did broke my websites more than it helped me, so we decided not to renew our license and try some other tweaks. In this case we had a little slower sites, but the sites kept working.

When scrolling on Appsumo BerqWP came across. I did not really trust it because I've never heard about it, but since AppSumo gives 60 days refund possibilities and the reviews on AppSumo where so good, I decided to give it a try.

I did have some sites where WP Rocket was still active and I decided to do a test. At the beginning with this test, this test-site scored 93 overall in Google Pagespeed Insights. After disabling WP Rocket, this fell to 58. After installing BerqWP it climbed to 97 (all mobile values).

I see BerqWP is a relative new player in town, but I'm glad decided to give it a try and wil begin using it in all my projects. I'm very curious about future features!
