I have used this company a few times to place orders usually for my sisters Birthday.
She loves Chocolate covered Strawberries and has found that this company has been the best by far.
Every time I have placed an order it has been quick,easy and always on time and in tip top condition,also that last a long time when stored correctly.
I will always use Berry Bouquets if I need to order Chocolate Strawberries for an extra special delivery surprise.

There were problems with DPD delivering my order as planned. Berry Bouquet were very responsive when I let them know about the issue. There was no quibbling or discussion about the matter. Unfortunately it was out of their control to resolve but once issues with delivery in my area were resolved they sent a fresh bouquet as well as extra chocolate oranges which were completely unexpected! I could have got a refund but I really wanted the bouquet for a birthday gift despite the delay.

Things happen which are unexpected and how they are dealt with really shows the quality of a company and I was deeply impressed by this team - moved enough to bother to write a review!

And the bouquet is (as always) fabulous. Will be using them again next year as this fruit bouquet has become an expectation from my mum!

I can’t thank this company enough for their incredible service! They prepared and delivered a fresh edible fruit basket with matching fresh flowers on New Year’s Eve, even with last-minute notice. Everything was beautiful, fresh, and thoughtfully put together. Truly outstanding service—I’m very grateful and highly recommend them!

Extremely disappointed. The fruit bouquet arrived in a terrible condition — several pieces of fruit were rotten and covered in visible mold. Many of the strawberries had fallen off the sticks and were loose in the bottom of the cellophane, and the basket itself was completely different from the one shown in the product photos.
The item was unsafe to eat and totally unusable. This was meant to be a gift, which made the experience even more upsetting. I would not recommend based on this experience.

I sent this to my sister inlaw and she as absolutely delighted with it she said the fruit was fresh and the chocolate covered strawberries were so delicious I am just about to order another one the presentation was lovely a beautiful display i would highly recommend this company and their products

Was the recipient of a bouquet and I thought it was an amazing unique gift. Fruit looked and tasted great. I’ve since ordered them again on 2 separate occasions and the people who received them loved them

Watch out the customer service is BAD! The order was not what it was, the fruit gone off, so I complained and they offered £15 refund. After emails and requests still NO refund. Online chat is non-responsive too! Totally useless retailer - BE CAREFUL WITH THIS VENDOR
UPDATE - as a courtesy vendor has now refund £25 supplying refund proof

Very disappointed.
Should have been delivered on 15th November for birthday. Actually delivered on 19th and fruit had gone off.
Would not recommend or ever use again

Mega helpful changing address and received more strawberry’s than expected! Beautiful and delicious as usual!!! Will continue to use when trying to impress every time! 🍻 😋

Excellent, prompt, responsive and eager to find a solution! Initially placed an order which was delivered to the wrong address (paid with Google PayPal, although entered different shipping address, the package was delivered to my home address?) Which we couldn't make heads or tails of how that happened.
In all fairness, Berry bouquet did their due diligence, sent an email confirmation ahead of delivery of delivery address. Which I didn't double check 🙈
We reached an amicable solution. Grateful! And would most definitely use again! 😊

Ordered a bouquet for my daughter’s 12th birthday. Delivered to the wrong address. When finally received the fruit was horrible wet and sweaty. I then made a complaint and was told that you would redeliver another bouquet. You did this today and have again sent it to the wrong address. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Will not be using you again.

I highly recommend Berry Bouquets they make a fantastic gift for any occasion. Bouquets are unique arrangement of beautiful fresh fruit gorgeously displayed well worth the money. All the receicipents have been absolutely thrilled and thankful - many have said never seen fruit displayed so beautifully before - I'm super happy :-)

I have been ordering from Berry Bouquets for some time. The recipient is always delighted with the gift they receive. It is so unique and looks fab. Their turnaround time is very quick and really help. I only use Berry Bouquets and will continue to do so.

The bouquet was incredible & my niece loved the surprise, a perfect house warming gift. It was presented beautifully & enough for all the family to enjoy & amazing communication.

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a gift for a special two-year anniversary, and it completely ruined the moment. The delivery was three days late, the box was a mess, and the strawberries were mouldy. This shows a total lack of care for product quality and customer service. While they eventually refunded me, the damage was already done. Do not trust them with your special occasions.

Terrible quality - don't waste your money on this company! The bouquet I ordered for a colleague was already rotting when it arrived - many of the chocolate strawberries falling apart, and the whole bouquet was was dripping and clearly past its best. I would upload pictures if I could, but at least two of the strawberries were actually fuzzy with mould and all the others were bruised and limp. Pineapple flowers had fallen apart - lots of empty sticks. I did complain and get a full refund, but I would really advise people not to use this company!

Excellent Service Beautiful Chocolate Strawberries.

I paid £110.98 including delivery for a large celebration bouquet. I wish I could post a photo here of the item delivered. It looked nothing like the website photo. DPD delivered to Edinburgh and the unimpressive finished product wasn't helped by arriving a little battered with some fruit sticks having fallen out within the plastic presentation cover. When I complained, the Company did offer to give me a free item next time but I decided not to take them up on the offer. I really cannot trust that he next celebration will be any better. I might have been convinced to use their service again had they taken the time to explain what went wrong but I received a standard response which could well have been cut & pasted from any other complaint.
