Seriously, the best of the best! My family and I will never buy any other soup. As a mom, I look for meals that are hearty and have clean ingredients as well as cuts down my time to prepare. Bes'Dam Soup checks all the boxes, not to mention how delish the soups are. I highly recommend this to everyone.

Really good options to help you survive MN winters. Shipping was fast and easy, soups are delicious. I tried some of each, had multiple favorites! Will order again!

So an order was entered to an incorrect address (my error). This owner quickly resolved the problem. When the variety of soups arrived at the correct, the guests were served oyster crackers and two of the soups.!!!!
OUSTANDING TASTE! BETTER THEN HOMEMADE :) IS THAT POSSIBLE!!?? IF YOU WERE THINKING ABOUT TRYING, PLEASE DO! I AM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.

The soup was good, but not "bes dam"

As a return customer I can say the soups are consistently excellent. Ed contacted me about my giving him an incomplete address and after we worked that out, timely delivered the order to my mom who has raved about the choices!
Ed worked very diligently and personally and this human touch is much appreciated in this world of technology.
I will definitely order from Bes'Dam Soup again.

I ordered a Christmas special $79 worth 5 soups or 15.80 per soup. The 1st two were quite good the one I am eating today White bean and spinach ehhh.
Certainly not $15 worth for what is a bowl of soup. Just the facts, sorry if its not what you want to hear

This soup is AWESOME!!! I’ve tried every one and they are all amazing! The rotisserie chicken and Tuscan bean are my favorites. Any time we’ve gotten it as a gift for someone it’s always a hit!! More importantly, the company is great - I placed my last order yesterday and today the owner called me personally to thank me and ask if I needed it in time for Thanksgiving! He also gave me recipe ideas! Those personal touches make such a difference and just make the delicious soup even better! I’m hooked and will be a customer for life!

So far we've tried the vegetable soup, mushroom and pork. Loved them all! Easy to heat and serve!

This soup is the best! My elderly neighbors shared w/ us so I ordered the chili for my son who was sick. My daughter in law has 3 teens and works full time! So a nice break from cooking was exactly what she needed. I would definately use this delicious soup for any occasion for the hard to gift people in my life! PS. Wonderful service too! Mimi Gray

We love this soup! Ordered it for Christmas and had some difficulty getting it in time but.......when we got it, it was definitely worth it! Wow! Could not believe how good it is! Ordered some different ones today and more of the original ones! Highly recommend the Lobster Bisque and Clsm Chowder! Ordered yesterday and shipping today!

Every year I send my Mammaw & Pappaw soups for Christmas and they live in a small town in Texas! Ed always makes sure to get them their product and they ALWAYS love it!

We are very pleased with the soup and have had no problems. Even though in December we received a letter informing us of a delay till January. We die receive our soup in January and had no problems.
The soup is very tasty and filling. A great variety.

I made a large order for a Christmas present and it arrived in about 8 or 9 days, in time, the communication was good. The soup was very good, much better than store bought but maybe not quite as good as restaurant quality.

There was a delay in my soup order. The direct contact from Ed, the owner, was excellent. We have received our soup and Ed upgraded the size due to our wait time. A very nice gesture, among many.

I ordered all 10 flavors of soups as a gift to my elderly parents in IL.
I was disappointed to find they hadn't received the soup after a month, but Ed, the owner, explained to me the trouble with UPS. Product must be delivered within 3 days so it won't thaw and spoil.
He chose to ship after the Holiday rush so it would be prompt.
Though it was nearly 6 weeks before they got it, they are enjoying it very much now.

Reviews were so good, I didn't want to cancel. Worth the wait!

A delicious product and a welcome change from the usual gift basket or meat gift for loved ones during the holidays.

Customer service and communication have been excellent. The owner, Ed, takes personal responsibility for customer service and takes care of his customers in a way that is rare in this day and age of out-sourced "service". Don't be surprised if the owner calls you himself to discuss your order... that is the way he does things.

I will continue to surprise and delight my family members with his fine product line for years to come.

I was billed for my order on 09-26-18; today is 10-13-18, and of yet haven’t received anything. I’ll let let you know how good your product is whenever I receive it.

The product is excellent--BUT----
On 8/4/18 I placed an order-#5113- and now, 14 days later, still have NOT received it! I sent 2-3 emails ---no reply to date! I tried 3 times calling your 631-683-4415 phone, left messages--no response!!
Here is my email confirmation--WHEN can I expect delivery??
