Awful would not recommend to anyone…
Awful would not recommend to anyone take your custom elsewhere. Spent £8300 on a bathroom with this company. It’s been installed to a very poor standard. It has been refitted 4 times, twice by the first fitter who I then had to ask not to return as it was such a mess then twice by the replacement fitters. It still now looks awful and they refuse to resolve the matter. Owner is uninterested and just blames fitters and denies any liability despite me never employing the fitters. He tried to take items out of my skip to replace damaged items in my bathroom. It’s been the most awful experience with a company and we are most likely going to have to spend more money now elsewhere to get it put right. This list of issues has been endless and the finish is extremely poor. Bad customer service and experience. Happy to provide photos and videos to anyone thinking of using them so you can see the issues.

Firstly we would like to address your issues you had with the fitters who came out to install your bathroom, as you are aware all the fitters at Bespoke Interiors Sedgley are independent traders and do not work directly for Bespoke to which you signed a form confirming this.
We do not dispute the original fitter who attended that his quality of workmanship was not to the highest standard Bespoke Interiors expect, this is why we arranged for a second team to come over on your behalf to carry out the remaining work to complete your bathroom.
They needed to attend a second time to replace the sink as this had been damaged.
As far as we are aware you have paid the second fitter for his work and the job is complete.
Apart from the ceiling and floor tiles as this was not on the quotation from Bespoke, you had directly spoken to the fitter to do these extras.
The team at Bespoke have tried our best to deal with your complaints and address your issues.
