Like others have said he is a con man . Now looks like gone bust so left with huge bills I have to keep paying but no services . He is an absolute disgrace . Seeking legal advise

So now I have a lease to pay plus another that the crook Harry Farmer Hill agreed to pay off. Seeking legal advice and will look to persue this morally corrupt individual and I urge anyone to do the same. I am utterly disgusted and this individual must have taken £000’s from people. I will be contacting Ofcom and look to have him struck off as a director.

We have not had land lines now for 3 months, our mobiles have now been cut off so we are unable to run our business, we are chasing around to try and find our mobile numbers so we do not lose them as we have been trading with them for over 10 years.
We do not get a response on emails, their landlines are not working so we are unable to contact them.
Harry if you read this play with your own life not others, we have lost thousands and will continue to loose more if we can not sort our the mobiles.
At least have the decency to contact people to help them out rather than taking peoples money, hiding and putting them in the same situation as you are in.

Do not use Bespoke connected. Harry the director is a scammer and does not deliver on what he promises. We signed a contract with Bespoke connected in January 2024 for leased line and telephone services. Harry advised that Siemens is the financial provider and we need to sign a contract with them, which we did and we pay our monthly bill via DD
In March 2025 our lease line was disconnected because the Supplier Glide was not paid by Harry and when we contacted Harry and eventually managed to talk to him, he just said best is if we sign ourselves a new contract with Glide as he is not going to pay them. We could not function without internet and was forced to sign a new contract with Glide and pay them on top of paying our Siemens bill to Harry.
At least our phone systems was up and running, but 2 weeks later that was also disconnected because again Harry did not pay the supplier of the phone system.
Harry got all our money upfront from Siemens and he has promised to pay off the contract, but at this moment he is just avoiding us and no payments has been made back to us. He got thousands upfront and we are liable to repay the money. In the meantime I have noticed that he has 2 other companies.

Harry setup a new company , leave reviews on their an warn people before they fall in same trap as us.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Harry Farmer-Hill (The Director) has violated the terms of our lease. Since then we have been unable to get hold of him or anyone at Bespoke connected for over a month. This company is a scam and would urge anyone thinking of using them to look elsewhere. We are now having to take legal action

Above and beyond is the best way I can describe what Harry and his team at Bespoke Connected deliver time and time again. Reliable, friendly and honest company, very helpful and nothing is to much trouble. Equipment is first class and easy to use.

Great business who focus on customer care. Their product is brilliant and efficient, but the 5 star quality is the ability to have a conversation with either Deena or Harry the same day. Most of the time within an hour of reaching out to them, I have a solution or a plan on how to figure out a solution to a service I need.

We recently had our phone system put in by Bespoke Connected. What an amazing process! We had a great experience all the way from initial conversations to installation! Harry and the team really looked after my business needs and listened to my requirements

Outstanding service, helpful and actually nice people to deal with. Thats the short version, we took on our Eve system April 2020 in the middle of the pandemic which meant I had to do the install myself (I say install but it was swap all the phones) our old number was diverted so there was no disruption and it went straight into the new system. Eve is excellent by the way and very simple to use.
Harry and the team where there for all the little qurky things that happen along the way and everything was resolved quickly.
Just over a year later and we have just taken out our mobile contract through Bespoke as well so you can see we are still getting great service.

We're eighteen months down the line with Harry and Bespoke Connected, so I can write this review with a fair degree of background.
The system was installed January 2020 with minimal fuss, and we all know what happened in March 2020. For us, having Bespoke on board was probably one of the best business decisions we could have made. It allowed us to continue our business activities with little if any disruption. The service and support we have received from the Bespoke team from day one has been second to none.

Fabulous service. excellent company to deal with, always on hand, and you can speak to real people not machines. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to switch telephone/internet.
