When we were on holidays, Bespoke and/or their contractors used our private driveway to park several large vans weighing gross up to 3 tonnes. Going in and out to the workplace just over the hedge. They did so without our consent and in doing so damaged our driveway and trust.
We now feel intimidated in our home, I am in Indonesia my husband is having to guard our property from further trespass until they finish off the project.

September 2023 I engaged Bespoke Construction Group. 2 weeks into the build I returned from a holiday, no one was on site and my project was abandoned! Upon inspection we could see that bespoke construction had failed to lay our roof correctly leaving gaping holes, nails on show misplaced gages on the wooden batton and hundreds and hundreds of smashed reclaimed tiles. It was an absolute mess!
Upon raising concerns to Stuart Deadman we were given every excuse in the book. Before Bespoke construction respond and attempt to lay blame on the reclaimed tiles you had 4 site visits before commencing any work. Your staff were shown all tiles and they were available for inspection every single visit! You have left my home open to the elements, the rain and storms have been destroying my house daily for 14 months now! The timber frame is sodden from water damage and the inside is wet through. We have contacted you multiple times so the “pick up the phone” invite your offer is yet another false promise. You ignore us and you refuse to resolve the issue. This company is completely untrustworthy, they do not accept responsibility for their errors and cause huge mental stress and financial distress. I have joined the online campaign which you can find on Instagram to highlight this companies many injustices and will be sharing my experience in full with them including the very large deposit that you demanded upfront and have kept in your bank account . I have full proof of everything I write here and I am going to share it so that no one else falls for your scams! This company is smoke and mirrors and everyone needs to know the truth! STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE PLEASE DON’T BECOME A VICTIM LIKE ME!

These guys have planned and executed the refurbishment and transformation of what was a damp, old fashioned and neglected property into a beautiful open planned modern home. Their vision and expertise exceeded my expectations and their consideration and professionalism throughout this project made it an easy process with a truly beautiful result. I am very happy to recommend them

I have worked on many projects for bespoke construction group. The main focus is quality and this comes straight from the top. It's filtered down through experienced project managers who all share the same ethos, the aim for perfection! From a trade perspective you can't ask for much more from your employer! Materials on site, plans available, management giving clear instructions and invoicing is never late!!

We have encountered numerous issues with their workmanship, including:
- Unsecured shower frames
- Leaking plumbing
- Incorrect guttering
- Unfinished, leaking roofs
- Structural joist issues
- Ducting that would not pass regulations
- Illegal documentation for electrical work and insurance
- Incomplete jobs
- Severely delayed completion dates
- Unpaid supplier and contractor debts
- Refusal to rectify issues
- Constantly increased fixed quotes
- Additional work added at inflated costs
- Lack of transparency in quotes

These issues represent only a portion of the problems our group members have experienced. Many of us have suffered high levels of worry and concern, resulting in prolonged stress, anxiety, depression, and significant financial difficulties. We write this review to warn others considering using this company. *BE WARNED!*

I have found this company helpful, knowledgeable of what my project will require and timeframes, friendly and efficient.
No firm decision made yet to whether I will use this firm, but making the process smooth currently.

I commissioned Bespoke Norfolk Group Ltd in Febraury 2021. My four week long project took eight months. I decided that my 'snag list' would be best left unresolved if I was to maintain my mental health. Working with Bespoke has been a long and painful exercise in frustration. The project management was woeful and there was no responsibility taken for failures to progress. I also deeply regret not having undertaken financial 'due diligence' before engaging this company.
The subcontractors, when they turned up and stayed, were professional and skilled but they were repeatedly pulled off site to work on other projects. Sub contractors talked of the company's slow payment for work undertaken. This was despite the company insisting on a payment time of two days from me after invoicing. The costings are not transparent and I would strongly advise that people scrutinise the them, especially the final one.

Bespoke Norfolk worked on a project for us in late 2019-early 2020. They were over a month late on the project largely due to poor management and had financial issues at Christmas 2019. The pandemic hit a month after our project should have finished. But it wasn’t finished. We had to finish it ourselves. Work was not great quality in many areas. We were even issued a fraudulently obtained electrical certificate because the contractor they used was not qualified to sign off to building control. They used covid to Phoenix into a new company leaving many customers, contractors and the tax man out of pocket. No scruples, no professionalism - all the ‘directors’ are the owners mates that are not qualified to carry out their roles. Avoid. They will no doubt repeat their shut down and reopen method of avoiding creditors
