They understood the need I had to resolve the issue and offered up the right solution. Of course I can also attribute this to the fact that I reached out to them within reasonable time for them to resolve the issue, I believe from past experiences that the team tries hard to help when they can.

Easy ordering, excellent product (so much so that I immediately ordered another one after the first one arrived) good communication, quick fulfillment and shipping.

Bespoke Post used to be a great place for cool products. They have turned into overpriced junk. I used to love and be excited about the deliveries now it's just crap that they charge too much for. Sorry their product quality went down.

I love Bespoke Post! They have a well-curated selection of quality stuff for the men in my life. Sometimes I find great items for myself, too. I had an issue with an order getting lost and they quickly made it right. You can also skip or swap a monthly box anytime with no fuss. I’ve been purchasing gifts and housewares from them for a couple of years now and won’t be stopping anytime soon.

They started out as a great company, but they have apparently devolved into a drop shipping scam of a company. The boxes no longer have the value they advertise. You're better off ordering directly from Temu.

The clothes especially are mass-produced quality or lower, yet they're sold marked way up. The other goods they sell always have some minor issue (selling warehouse overflow was their original business model), but now they longer price things accordingly.

Tiny purchase but absolutely brilliant.The snow peak spork is lightweight, strong and feels great in hand. Perfect for camping and hiking. Shipped in a day and arrived in a cute little pouch.

Highly recommended. Their products and customer service is second to none. Everything that I have seen has been world-class quality at a very fair price. Dave, my customer service contact has been absolutely the best in the business. Again, highly recommended.

Bespoke team was amazing start to finish. I sent in my concern, and within 24 hours received notice they were looking into it and another 24 hours later I received information and return label and a replacement was on the way. It has been truly amazing! Thank you

The convenience is great — it’s easy to preview, swap, or skip boxes, so it never feels stressful or wasteful. The quality has also been consistently impressive for the price point, and the items feel thoughtful and well made.

I’ve been subscribed to Bespoke Post for about 5 years now and they’ve been great. The product are quality and the customer service is awesome. Sometimes I forget to skip my box if I don’t want the items for the month and they have always been quick to refund me and squared away.

I received an email with a money off coupon to use on my first purchase. When I attempted to use it for a sweatshirt purchase, it wouldn't accept it. I sent an email asking about it and I never received a response.
