Good communication with what is happening with our rental property.

Nothing less than 5 stars! Bespoke have managed my property since 2019 and I couldn't be happier with the service. Stress free, always ahead of me with any issues arising and communicates effectively, and it is always service with a smile (you can feel it even on phone). Shout out to Narelle and Elizabeth!

The team at bespoke couldn’t have done more for us getting into a rental property in this tight market. Friendly efficient fast and right on top of things they really know wat they are doing. Our second rental through bespoke and we have sold with them as well.

Overall, my experience with BeSpoke Realty has been very positive! It was my first time in the rental market, and they were very helpful and communicative every step of the way.
There was always a prompt response to any of my questions over email, and upon meeting them in person, I felt very welcomed and at ease.
They provide very professional, but also very user-friendly.

My managing agent Elizabeth provided regular updates and communicated key activities. When she was unavailable her office staff were across the issues and passed on messages in an efficient manner.

The bespoke rental group at Penrith were Friendly and professional and made us feel welcome right from the first meeting. We have been long term renters and dealt with many property managers and Bespoke treated us with respect and were extremely thorough and organised. They took the time to explain the tenancy agreement and made sure we were happy. They ensured a smooth and efficient process.

Elizabeth Shipp from Bespoke In Penrith is doing a great job .She found us a new tenant within a two week period. Elizabeth Is dedicated and very punctual in getting back to you with any problems you may have. Any problems you do have are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner.

Monika and the team are professional, upfront and very friendly. This is our second rental with the BRG team and we are delighted.

Nothing but positive things to share about Bespoke and our experience this far.
