Update to previous review.
The twist lock carbon filters have been delivered!! I still have had absolutely no communication/no emails from this company.

These are the facts and I'll let anyone reading draw their own conclusions. I emailed to check stock of an item and got a rapid reply. I ordered and item arrived quickly but was not as described and no use to me. So I asked for a return label as per consumer regs. No reply. Asked again twice. No reply whatsoever. So I returned the item at my own cost including a note asking for a refund. No refund. Emailed asking for it. Nothing. Eventually had to do a chargeback on my credit card.

And their address 'Unit 9' is actually just No. 9. A private house.

You have been warned!

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong filters. When I realised they wouldn't fit I spoke to Andy who advised me to send a photo of my Pallas unit. He then identified the correct filters and arranged to exchange them. All done very easily and speedily

Not happy with the customer service of this firm whatsoever! Andrew is clearly just another middleman salesperson. Advertises as though he’s a pioneer in trying to supply the best purified water, but in fact all he does it make profit on systems which are far cheaper elsewhere - and of identical brand! Don’t believe me, Google the filter system name and thank me later for what I’ve just saved you! I paid £360 for the same system advertised for half that by another retailer!! My own fault, but I regrettably was fooled by the sales pitch! Had further issues with installation and zero help from Andrew. In fact I had to pester him to get a call from another supplier to help me out. Just your typical internet trader making profit with no actual customer care. Truly gutted :-(

Had to wait too long- also then found out they took my money -but did not have it in stock-no sorry or anything- there are other places- to get this product- would not use them again.

DId not have my string filters in stock so agreed to wait. About 2 weeks later they sent an alternative without asking. I rang three times and was told each time (by someone different) that they would look into it and ring me back. No calls at all so I wrote complaining. No response at all. Felt that staff were told how to behave to customers.

Would never recommend this firm. Exceedingly poor customer service.

Order placed on 29th august and still not received at 11th september. This would be fine if the vendor would answer my email and would have sent me the tracking code after I called him I just called him again and he is not answering. Really awful e-commerce service.

Bought 2 x water filters online- chased order after a few days. Did not bother to return calls. Called again only to be told the item was no longer being manufactured - but hoped to have some in from the supplier in a few days!! Not entirely sure how that works - poor comms from compnay at all - canxd order and bought them off someone else. 'caveat emptor!'

I ordered a box of sediment filters for my farm house in the Scottish highlands. Delivery was very reasonable as was the price for a box of good quality Spectrum filters.

I’ve also since called Best 4 Pure Water to ask advice for removing Iron in our water. The guy I spoke to was very helpful and emailed me exactly what I need, which I have now ordered. I have saved them on my favourites menu and will use them regularly.

I was sceptical at first because there were no trustpilot reviews for this company. However, after sourcing the right UV lamp for my water filtration system I decided to order with Best 4 pure water. Delivery took around 7 days which isn't bad due to the current climate and delays in postal services. It came appropriately packaged with an invoice attached so very handy. Would recommend and I will certainly use this company again.
