Easy peasy
Really easy to sort out my foreign currency, my only gripe would be that I was sold a buy back guarantee for about £4.95 so that they’d buy back any unused currency at the same rate at which I bought it, but when I took it back they said that only the first £500 was covered by it. This was categorically not explained to me when I bought the currency, so I found it quite annoying.

I always use BFE when I am near a branch and my recent experience was as good as usual. Checked rates beforehand and BFE was the best in the High Street, ordered on line and collected in the Victoria branch that afternoon. Very friendly assistant and a smooth process
