WARNING – NOT RECOMMENDED!
We traveled on February 5th based on a previously confirmed offer (including photos, email, and WhatsApp communication) to the BHT Klinik – and were extremely disappointed.
These services were booked through Best Med Klinik Istanbul. Unfortunately, this agency/clinic is also completely unreliable:
No one is reachable – neither by email nor via WhatsApp. Our messages are simply ignored.
My husband was operated on in the Floria clinic. The conditions there were completely unacceptable: dirty rooms, very poor hygiene, and terrible care. There wasn’t even drinking water available on the ward. The staff was hardly present, and my husband was practically left alone after the surgery.
In my case, it was even worse: According to the offer, I was supposed to receive trifocal Alcon lenses, which was confirmed in writing and with photos. Once we arrived, they suddenly wanted to use cheaper lenses and demanded more money. I did not agree to that.
Nevertheless, I was operated on the next day – and later in Germany it turned out that instead of the agreed trifocal Alcon lenses, EDOF lenses were implanted – without my knowledge and without my consent!
For me, this is nothing less than deception.
Since then, I have been trying to contact the clinic:
No response, no documents, no eye measurements, no confirmation – NOTHING.
Although I was promised that I would receive all documents within four weeks, more than two months have now passed.
Conclusion:
Unprofessional, unreliable, and absolutely not trustworthy.
Anyone who goes here is taking a big risk.
I strongly warn everyone:
Stay away from this clinic and this agency

Una grata experiencia la verdad que me trataron muy bien y en todo momento me explicaron las dudas que tenía, desde que inició todo me recibió Hiba que fue un encanto y Sofía que hablaba español, en todo momento se explicaron, me ayudaron con el cirujano y Lina siempre estuvo atenta. Je tiens à partager mon expérience formidable avec la Clinique B Clinique Istanbul. Tout s’est extrêmement bien passé du début à la fin. On est vraiment très bien entouré, accompagné et rassuré à chaque étape.
Lana et Sarah ont été exceptionnelles, toujours présentes, bienveillantes et professionnelles. J’ai toutefois eu un véritable coup de cœur pour Lana, qui est restée beaucoup plus longtemps à mes côtés. Son attention, sa douceur et son implication ont vraiment marqué mon expérience.
Je tiens également à remercier chaleureusement le Docteur Berat pour son professionnalisme, son écoute et la qualité remarquable de son travail. Le chirurgien est top, l’hôpital est top, et le résultat est tout simplement magnifique.
Au-delà du résultat, c’est toute l’équipe et le personnel encadrant qui ont rendu cette expérience aussi extraordinaire. Je repars avec un résultat superbe et le souvenir d’une aventure humaine incroyable.

I have had a very good experience with Best Clinic here in Istanbul. The staff were 100% helpful for all my needs and the surgeon dr Ahmed gave a very honest opinion and advice for my procedure. His no nonsense approach was what many of us ladies need to hear when wanting surgery. I would recommend anyone wanting cosmetic surgery to contact Best Clinic

Je suis venue à Best Clinic Istanbul pour une liposuccion, un BBL, une réduction mammaire et lifting mammaire. Ainsi qu’un Hollywoode smile. J’ai été accueilli par un personnel médical très attentionné et bienveillant. Je suis très contente des soins qui m’ont été apporté et si possible je reviendrai pour d’autres soins l’an prochain dans cet établissement. Merci infiniment à toutes les équipes

My face procedure was done in this clinic , and I felt safe and well cared for throughout the process. The surgery team was professional and reassuring. The nurses monitored me closely and answered all my questions. I am grateful for their dedication and high-quality medical care.im so happy after doing my face lift and I got back to my 20th . Thanks a lot

Im very happy with everything here. Very nice and clean hospital and doctor that knew what he was doing and my result could not be better. My next surgery will 100% be here.

J’ai un l’occasion d’avoir recours à un remodelage des fesses et d’une lipocussion 360 par le docteur Hamet Kirazoglu.
L’acceuil etait au rendez vous de mon arrivée à l’aéroport jusqu’à l’hôpital et l’hôtel.
Les infirmières ont été omniprésentes et les traducteurs aussi qui ont su me mettre en confiance, m’accompagner tout au long du processus.
Le chirurgien quant à lui connaît son travail, il a su répondre à mes attentes et besoin et est venu plusieurs fois me consulter afin de de d’assurer que tout allait bien.
Un kit de récupération m’a été fournis ainsi que plusieurs gaines.

Best Clinic’s team and doctors were great. They facilitated a plan for my many eye issues, dry eye, glaucoma and cataracts. I no longer need my glasses and my vision is clearer than ever. The Smart Lens Surgery was, in my opinion, top notch. In addition, the many kind services that every member of the team provided were most thoughtful and very professional.

La experiencia fue muy buena, todo el equipo se comportó de forma muy profesional. Desde el doctor Mehmet que hizo un trabajo impecable, cada una de las enfermeras, la traductora, la consejera que estuvo en todo momento y a toda hora respondiendo mi miles de inquietudes.

A clínica é bastante boa a comunicação é acessível, vim fazer mastopexia, lipospiração e abdominoplastia recomendo a clínica.

Excellent service! From the transfers, hotel, translators! Everyone was amazing! I had a viral infection and they delayed my surgery however gave me antibiotics and cream and booked me in a week later I knew I was in great hands as my health came first! I highly recommend! My surgeon was amazing dr. Mehmet!

Am avut operatia de implant mamar cu Domnul Doctor Alirza sunt foarte mulțumită de rezultat, foarte atent l detalii și a făcut tot posibilul sa îmi îndeplinească cerințele, personalul de la șoferi ,asistente , translatori foarte eficienți și drăguți. Le mulțumesc tuturor pentru ca au contribuit la îndeplinirea dorințelor mele!
