Revised customer feedback
I initially wanted to order x3 MegaSun K11 sunbeds with an order value of £190k, paid a deposit of £25k beginning of July 24. Was promised an install date of all 3 beds the first week commencing October 24. Date was pushed back. MegaSun Germany delaying the job. Overall our experience wasn’t great to start with but ultimately not in Best Sunbeds hands. Ever since they have worked hard to rebuild the relationship and aided with support with the Sunbeds as promised. Started on a bad note but moving forward now and we are happy with where we are now as a business relationship.
Since the purchases we had a K11 go down and a board failed under warrant we had to pay £1,400 for the part in case it wasn’t covered (was not impressed by this). This payment was in the hands of Best for around a month. It came to the point where we thought MegaSun wasn’t going to refund it even though warranty was in place. However Best Sunbeds argued our case and finally issued a refund only weeks later which could have easily have slipped and not bothered to pass the money back. This to me is evidence that they are a trust worthy business and overall believe it is worth revisiting to review our feedback experience.

We have just opened our shop, after nearly 4 months of preparation.
We were supported all the way by Best Sunbeds, who gave us a lot of valuable advice. Otherwise we would have made mistakes and lost money.
