I worked with Brian Martin to ship a 2020 Ford F250 Super Duty from Texas to Washington state and the process was surprisingly simple. Brian did all the heavy lifting and kept me informed the entire time. They met my requested pick up and drop off dates. Brian's driver was very polite and communicated his progress with me the entire time. There was quite a bit of confusion initially due to language barrier on the exact cost involved for transport. Alex Cole was most attentive in trying to explain the confusion and apologized. In the end it all worked out and we received the vehicle. We were not aware we were dealing with a broker for these services and NOT the actual company doing the transport. Live and learn. Alex Cole does his best to make sure everything was good on our end.

Best Way Auto Transport did an excellent job with transporting my boat from Pennsylvania to Texas very quickly and with no issues whatsoever.
