I recently stayed at Best Western Plus Desoto and I was not impressed. We first arrived at the hotel and had no trouble getting the room. We first got to the room but didn’t take a look because we were in a hurry. When we got back to the hotel me and my other brothers decided to swim. The pool was really filthy. It had hair everywhere and they had no towels in the pool area. Then we went up to our room to find that we had 2 towels for 4 people in our room. We didn’t find it as a horrible thing but we didn’t even have clean sheets on our beds. There was no shampoo or body wash in the shower. We asked the front desk if we could get some more towels and soap but they declined because they didn’t have any in the hotel. Like what? And then we tried to go down to get snacks and the elevators didn’t work. The breakfast didn’t have many choices but the food was ok. But the people were friendly at the counter. The carpet was stained and the floors were dirty. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a little bit. The gym was pretty good and they have a nice lobby. But I was not very satisfied with my stay. I stayed in room 305.

This was our second visit to the hotel in Phuket. When we arrived our room was on the fourth floor which was difficult for me to go up and down the stairs. I mention this to a staff member that I got to know from my last visit January 2024 her name is Saowalak Inkaew she is now a close friend. Saowalak job is to book tourist visits. She gave us wonderful trips last year and enjoyed them all loved the elephant sanctuary and the great trip to James bond island, floating village and canoe ride under the caves. When I mentioned to Saowalak about my room and difficulties I was having due to my health conditions my room was changed straight away. I was now closer to reception and on 1st floor which was brilliant.
On our arrival this year when we were taken to our room on the fourth floor when the door was opened the bed was decorated with flowers saying welcome back which was a beautiful thought. They also had given us a plate of fruits and a beautiful flower bouquet. Everything as wonderful and very welcoming. At breakfast there is always fresh food everyday. Again I met another member of staff from the year before her name was Bee ba. Every morning she would greet us and without asking bring us our tea and coffee and then keep checking if we needed to top up or needed anything else. These two ladies really looked after us and made our stay special on both occasions.
The hotel has a beautiful seafront area, can seat on the loungers go for a swim or even experience a massage.
The hotel also has a lot of local shops can enjoy going for a walk. They have tuk tuk which are great to go out just make sure to fix the price before.
Both times my husband I have had a wonderful time and the ladies mentioned definitely made our stay special.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Appleby Park Hotel, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The first thing that strikes you is the incredible aesthetic; they clearly have a world-class interior designer. From the stunning artwork and intricate wallpaper to the perfectly chosen paint colors and high-quality carpets, the decor is simply amazing.

The room itself was pristine and exceptionally clean. I have to give a special mention to the bed—it was so comfortable that I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The shower was another highlight; it felt like a full-on massage, leaving me feeling completely revitalized and amazing. I also loved the complimentary tea and coffee station. Having unlimited access to hot drinks all night was a wonderful touch that I really enjoyed.

The atmosphere of the entire hotel is one of total serenity. It is calm, peaceful, and the perfect place to unwind. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. They provided excellent customer service and were incredibly caring, considerate, and attentive listeners. They truly made my stay feel special. I enjoyed the environment so much that I made sure to leave my room as spotless as I found it out of respect for the wonderful team there.

I was very happy with my stay and will definitely be returning. I 100% recommend the Best Western Appleby Park Hotel to all my friends and family!

Personale totalmente inadeguato, durante e soprattutto nella fase post soggiorno. Esperienza terrificante con il personale. Impreparato, inadeguato e chiaramente privo di formazione. Camere pulite, ampie e comode. Pulizia ok. Bagno ok.
Segnalo assenza di ciabattine, e problemi con aria calda (mai sopra 18 gradi, mi sono congelato) e soprattutto acqua calda, mai disponibile prima delle 8 di mattina. Prima e’ fredda. Best western hotel mirage pederno dugnano. Da evitare

Everything was horrible except for the waffles. Seriously, I ca not think of anything that was good. I have stayed there several times for business over the past year because the company I work for is cheap, too cheap to pay for a decent hotel. Staff is rude, especially the manager, who thinks a moo-moo dress (loose house dress generally not worn in public) is professional atire. So unprofessional!
Mattresses have to be at least 10-15 years old, sheets are stained, dust piles in the corners and hair in the sink and bathtub. The furniture is pretty beat up, lots of scratches and dents. At one time long, long ago, it must have been a nice hotel.

AVOID THIS HOTEL.
It's on the highway that goes to the Mall of America, there are plenty of other, much nicer, hotels along the way. Don't be fooled by the "good deal" you may find on Priceline or booking.com and the like. You'll be sorry!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Breakfast was adequate not many choices, but it was ok. Pool is disgusting with way too many chemicals in it. There are so many chemicals they open the door to the outside, the whole time the pool is open, which is also a security problem.

i stayed in the one up in stoke when i was working away and this had to be the worst hotels i have ever stayed in i had no hot water and heating the food was nasty it was burnt but cold, i found brown marks on the towel the walls are falling apart. the next day they changed my room i had heating still no hot water i heard a water fall coming though the walls in the end packed my bags and checked out i was meant to be there for 2 weeks i was there for 2 days of hell i called my work they got me in a different hotel and we tried to get a refund and best western refused as they said i wasn't there they had no recorded of me there.

My sister and I have been staying at the BWP in St Paul’s, Buggiba, Malta.
We have had the best experience at this Hotel and want to thank all the wonderful staff, front desk, bars, restaurants and house keeping for their excellent hospitality.
My sister has food intolerances and the kitchen and dining room staff were amazing, always being sure she had the right foods and plenty of it, thank you to Sofi, Regie, Surdip, and Kumar plus all the kitchen staff who’s names we didn’t have. The food at breakfast was excellent with so much choice, both continental and cooked, always hot and plentiful with staff constantly restocking and checking quantities.
The hotel is well run, organised, clean and modern, with all the facilities you could possibly need. The reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful, nothing is too much for them and they are always pleasant and welcoming. Shout out to Michaela, Kelly, Jose but all staff were equally kind.
Bars are well stocked, and well staffed, including the swim up pool bar.
The rooftop pool is unheated, but we used it and once in the temperature was okay. The pool itself is large and the same depth all over.
Our room 304 was light and airy, lots of space with a separate seating area, kettle, teas and coffees which you can have more of anytime by asking at reception. The bed was so comfortable, we both slept really well. We requested the bed was made up as 2 single beds which was perfect. Toppers on the mattresses make them very comfortable. Excellent aircon units keep the room cool if preferred.
The bathroom was large and spacious with a lovely walk in overhead rainfall shower, good water pressure and temperature. There was also a small powerful hand help shower head too. We had one unfortunate criticism and reported it to the front desk, the shower door seal had worn causing the water to seep out of the shower and wet the floor, but we had ample towels to mop it up and it wasn’t a problem.
The small balcony had a table and chairs is pleasant to sit out on.
Housekeeping crew keep the rooms clean and tidy daily with clean towels supplied daily.
We loved our stay at PBW and when we return to Malta together or with husbands we will definitely stay here.

I recently booked two rooms at the Best Western in Tallahassee for a weekend in early August. I was initially quoted a price under $1000 for both rooms for two nights. However, after multiple follow-ups and incorrect email communication, I finally received a reservation confirmation for only one room at a much higher rate—$480 per night instead of the originally quoted price. This left my family and my brother without adequate accommodations.

When I contacted the hotel manager to resolve the issue, I was met with unprofessional and rude behavior. Despite being assured that I could cancel up to 24 hours before the stay, I was told that my reservation was non-refundable due to a football game. The only alternative offered was another room at a staggering $900 for the weekend, which is unreasonable.

Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing, and I would caution others to be aware of the potential booking and customer service issues here.

Wir waren für 3h am 10.09. im Hotel BestWestern in Mörfelden-Walldorf und Parkten auf dem Hotel eigenen Parkplatz.
Davon abgesehen, dass wir bei Ankunft (18:00 etwa) keinen Menschen finden konnten und mit den Terminals überfordert waren , mussten wir 30min. nach jemanden suchen.
Der war dann natürlich auch noch im Gespräch.
Danach als wir Ausgecheckt hatten, fragten wir nach offenen Posten etc. Es hieß alles ok. keine Kosten offen.

Nach 2 Wochen bekommen wir nun eine Strafzahlung einen Dienstleisters in Höhe von 60€

Es war einfach nicht ersichtlich, das wir noch 4€ Parkgebühr zusätzlich entrichten müssen!!!
In Darmstadt inst es inklusive.

Nachtrag:
Ich konnte das Hotel via Mail erreichen und sie waren sehr kulant.
Die Parkstrafe wurde erlassen bzw. storniert. Wenn der Dienstleister das auch so umsetzt, ist ansich alles gut gewesen.

Har booket Best Western Hotel Achim Bremen, via Best Western partner SAS,- forøvrigt et elendigt og meget slidt hotel, og kan ikke få point der trods de skriver på deres hjemmeside at man får det !
Ringede til kunde service, "talte" med en svensk tror jeg, dame, som jeg overhovedet ikke fattede en skid af hvad hun sagde. VI er i DK, så fat det dog !

meget slidt hotel, med slidte, beskidte gulvtæpper, huller i gardinet og toiletdør der ikke kunne lukke.
Men personalet (især Johan i receptionen og morgenmadspersonalet) skal have stor ros. At sætte 1 person i receptionen når man ved at hele hotellet bliver fyldt op er ikke i orden. Folk stod og ventede i op til 2 timer på at tjekke ind. Hvorfor er I ikke bedre rustet når der er store begivenheder?

Jeg booker ved en fejl et bestwestern i udkanten af Herning istedet for inde i Herning midtby. Min overnatning er afhængig af at jeg er i midtbyen. Hotellet afviser at ændre bookingen til det andet hotel på trods af at jeg tilbyder at betale et gebyr for ændringen. Der er heller ikke optaget på det hotel jeg gerne vil booke. Det er ovenikøbet dyrere så de vil ikke miste penge på ændringen. Eneste forklaring på at afvise at hjælpe mig er, at det er imod deres afbestillingsregler. Åndssvagt eftersom jeg ikke ønsker at annullere min booking men blot at reservationen flyttes. Meget lidt imødekommende kundeservice og bestemt ikke en hotelkæde jeg vil benytte mig af igen.

Har lige haft en overnatning på hotellet, hvor værelserne var så slidt masse af rust på badekarret, gulvtæpper var fyldt med pletter og gardinerne var hul i 🤨 og prisen var ellers i top

Sono stata il 25 agosto in questo albergo per un viaggio di piacere e ho prenotato un notte , alle 6 del mattino sono incominciato rumori di scarico merce di carrelli trasportatori hotel si trova in un centro commerciale e alle 6 sono iniziati rumori insopportabili che mi hanno costretto ad alzarmi scomsigliato

Il sito non funziona e mi ha bloccato. Ho chiamato al 800 e loro sono incompetente. Non mi possono sbloccare quindi andrò a un'altro hotel.

È il terzo anno che prenotiamo al BW di Castelldefels in Spagna. Abbiamo notato un progressivo peggioramento dei servizi: stanze pulite in modo approssimativo, prodotti da bagno non rinnovati, in alcune stanze venivano fornite le ciabatte e una borsa per la spiaggia, altre ne erano sprovviste . Gli arredi, un po' datati, presentavano evidenti rotture. Peccato
