Deposit went through instantly but my small withdrawal request has now been pending for 11 days. I have tried contacting customer support but keep getting an error message, is this some kind of joke? Absolute Rubbish! Put a restriction on my account, after taking my money. Asked me to provide details of my income. I have requested a withdrawal, but have heard nothing, The 'contact us' form doesn't work, it comes back with an error, and can no longer even log in to my account. Scammers! If i could give zero stars i would. Avoid like the plague. By far the worst bookmaker i have ever used. Happily let you deposit without docs then when you request a withdrawal want all forms of documents. 2 days and still hasnt been processed and they also charge you to withdraw your own money £1 every transaction.
