Don't expect to get paid

I deposited £200 about a year ago, I placed 3 £15 bets - I won £4000 but that was when the trouble started.

A year later and, having sent them 5 types of identification document, they still have not paid me.

DO NOT TRUST BET600.

They will do anything they possibly can to avoid paying you.

Nahhh seems so dodgy while you play? Glitchy, dead spins then when the game starts playing a little it throws you out & wont load until you clear cache.

Happened twice.

After reading all the reviews on this page I was a little bit concerned after I had opened a account.Had a go any way and had a nice little win was all sorted and in my bank less than a hour thanks Bet 600

Refused to pay my winnings
I won £3000 from Bet600 but they suspended my account with a lot of made up and unproven reasons and refused to pay me.

Be warned. They will be ok until you win.

I'm having a good think about if should employ a solicitor and take court action - they have upset me so much I don't know if I could handle any more grief

Very poor organisation do not touch with a barge pole will ask the world of you to prove who you are but dont mind taking your money, avoid.

Bet600 would not pay my withdrawal until I threatened them with legal action. I made a withdrawal from my account, they asked for 4 forms of ID, which I supplied. They did not process my withdrawal for several weeks and ignored my emails until I sent them the one below.

Faced with court action, they paid my money. I am quite disappointed as I was looking forward to taking them to court and getting a CCJ registered against them.

As you are not answering my emails, I've consulted Citizens Advice. Their advice is to send you this letter before claim to give you an opportunity to pay my withdrawals and avoid court action.

Reference: Non payment of my withdrawals from my Bet600 account.

I made two withdrawals from my Bet600 account and I have provided ALL of the identification items which Bet600 demanded (my passport, my government issued proof of address, a photograph of my debit card and a bank statement covering dates requested by Bet600) I enquired about my withdrawals on the 8th April, 10th April, 30th April, 2nd May, 7th May and 8th May. Bet600 have ignored my last three emails and, therefore, as it has not been possible to resolve this problem in a friendly way, and it is apparent that court action may be necessary, I write in compliance with the Practice Direction on Pre-Action Conduct.

I opened a Bet600 account in early April 2025 in order to place a few bets on the Grand National horse racing meeting. I deposited £250 and then won a few bets and so I decided to withdraw my balance in two transactions of £550 and £786,87. I have screenshots of the winning bets and the withdrawal transactions which I will supply to the court.

From you I am claiming £1336.87

Listed below are the documents on which I intend to rely in my claim against you:

Screenshots of my deposit into my Bet600 account, my winning bets and my withdrawals.

An email chain to and from Bet600 demanding ID and the ID being supplied.

In closing, I would draw your attention to paragraphs 15 and 16 of the Practice Direction which gives the courts the power to impose sanctions on the parties if they fail to comply with the direction including failing to respond to this letter before claim.

I look forward to hearing from you within the next 14 days.

Should I not receive a response to my letter within this time frame, then I anticipate that court action will be commenced against Tyche Tech with no further reference to you.

Please don't use this site. They change their rules to suit them if you win (this happened today on a cricket game - their own rules state void if scores are drawn, but they'll settle the result as per what gets them the most £££). Thieves.

Absolutely sick today, won a once in a lifetime max win of £96000 (3200x) today and only after see the casino has a max win per day cap of £25,000 .. the casino has now paid out the £25,000 however given how often a max win is hit I feel sick , feels like £71,000 down as opposed to £25000(still a great amount) up

I am pretty happy with this site. Regular bonuses. No price boosts. Rarely the best antepost bets. Deposits and withdrawals are straightforward and timely.

No live stream. BOG is erratic. No live chat or person to ring-email response only.

I can only say for myself but this company are brilliant and I would highly recommend using them.
Upon reading the reviews i was sceptical but I have had no issue’s whatsoever from signing up.
Withdrawals processed within the hour, verification within minutes and overall payout of slots is as expected.

Expect no problems with them until you get a big winner. Then they will demand to see your source of income and many intrusive documents. It's an absolute disgrace they are allowed to get away with this, as when you deposit and lose money, they ask for nothing

They sent me an email with a "Welcome Back" offer where I would get 25% of my losses back as a free bet. Virtually last kick of the game in the last PSG match = £750 lost.

Free bet was ultimately credited. But, at the same time, my account is restricted to bets of maybe a fiver or so. So, they've got me to have a bet/bets through an interesting offer, but then crippled the account to a point I couldn't actually use the free bet!

This company is a joke ..I regularly have to ask for casino bonuses as they just don't bother giving you anything if you loose ...there casino/ slots is awful I have lost thousands in there casino as they say there games are random ..but 18 out of 20 numbers coming up odd when I am betting even is just a fix .. Had a couple of decent withdrawals with this site. A lot of negative reviews but mines been positive. I had to send ID, utility bill and bank statement but money was in my account within 15 minutes of sending them.

These lot are scammers quite happy to let me deposit 800 on roulette then I try deposit another 200 to carry on playing lighting roulette the games a con won loads on other sites most it gave back was 72 quid well speeds up slows down total pisstake stear well clear coz these will take your money faster than Robin Hood now shut account so can't even complain well I can coz iv just reported you crookes to the gaming commission thevies

Got enticed in by the welcome offer. "Do 10x £10 bets per week and get a free 10 bet for life". After my first week of betting and qualifying for it they have now decided to restrict my bets to £1. Meaning I can't qualify for the £10 free bet welcome offer. Worried this is some kind of scam so now trying to get my personal data removed from their company,
