Its scam site. I win 600 and they not withdrawing. Now they block my IP. They have stolen the money like a fraud.

I would like to share my honest experience with this company
I used their website to play for a while, and i lost quite a lot, but then i got lucky and started winning big amounts, that’s when it get dirty with them and not fun anymore
I got good session in casino and started winning,however website started having quite issues, like bets get rejected when ball would fall on my number, and not getting rejected when i would lose!
Well honestly thought might be a connection issue so I continued!
Unfortunately it happened again, then suddenly while i was placing my bets, they logged me out!
Again thought some issues with connection!
I tried logging back to not lose the good session i was having, it shows error
I sent them email( no reply)
I tried again it suddenly opened amd thought I might continue where i left!
I was playing and believe me most bets that supposed to win they got refused and ofc this a way to make me bet more and lose more until i lost all!
I tried to contact them about issue bit they don’t have a real answer they jist tell me do you have evidence, honestly I didn’t think to screenshot ( my misatke)
Later I tried again to play some small amount juat to se how it works and this time tryin to get eveidence if same issue happens
I started playing again and losing ok fine, losing is what they want
Bit when I started winning again slowly slowly , they immediately logged me out!
I tried to reenter and i see blocked
I sent again email along with many (previously not answered mails) and they told me we blocked you because we are trying to protect you bla bla bla..
yes sometimes betting gets addictive, i was not addicted i was pissed of and disappointed and really sad to play me dirty and make me lose this way!
However when they blocked my account already didn’t make much because they saw im winning and ofc they’re blocked me, and most important i placed 2 good sport bets there for e period of 1 week time until all games play but my account is gone and they don’t even reply to me for an answer about it!
If bets will be paid if i win, or they will give me the money I initially placed!

In summary, please never bet with this specific website, because you will never win and if you do you will get blocked don’t be a victim like me!
I would love to file a case towards them,

Ah there is something very important to mention,
I always communicated with then in a very nice and polite way, never insulted in any kind of way!

Comparing betfinal to bet365, I will always go with betfinal not based of the games and how the website looks neat but based on the service and the speed of withdrawing and depositing the funds with very easy way to verify your account. Comparing employees and live chat between the 2 websites, I really admire and like how betfinal employees works really hard to make everything easier for the gambler unlike bet365 making everything impossible and hard to achieve because their employees just don’t want to help [ Not All ]. Imagine trying to refund 500$ you deposited and can’t even play with it because you didn’t verify your address or whatever and their [bet365] account verification is very very hard that makes you feel ooofffff finally I verified my account and go play with the money I deposited 7 months ago 😂😂 I went to their live chat I swear on my mom’s life maybe more than 20 times repeating 85$ of my problem and each time different employees giving different solutions which sounds will not work but they just want to end the chat as fast as they can. I give betfinal 5/5 and bet365 1.5/5 just because of their bad services. All fine smooth, easy and fun until it came time to withdraw my winnings. After sending several documents, several emails, WhatsApp’s, in site chats, they release 700$ of my 2500$ winnings. Then they say there’s a problem and I have to sign up to MuchBetter. I reviewed MuchBetter (horrible ratings and scam alerts) and wasn’t impressed. I tried to ask them for another way, got rude messages back “we already told you”. Finally signed up because they gave no other option. In the end I saw 2000 of the 2500. Immediately closed my account. Scam scam scam. Be careful out there.

Betfinal doesn't want to pay me.

I've been a bettor for a few years and use Betfinal.
I've never had any problems, but the last withdrawal I requested was a week ago, and so far it hasn't been credited to my account, in the chat they send an automatic response apologizing, as well as via WhatsApp and the same thing, but they don't resolve my situation.

I would like to ask Betfinal to resolve this issue as it is an excellent house that, even with my limited account, has always fulfilled its commitments

I gambled a little on the site lost some and then won around 1.6k usd.
I withdrew around 600 and it was successful nearly as the amount I deposited; however , when I tried to withdraw my winnings after that my account got blocked with no reason and explanation.
After messages back and forth with a rude customer service representative who accused me of lying...
I didnt get any result!
My account remain blocked on the accusation of multiple accounts with no further explanation.
I uploaded all proof and facts that I don't have a second or more accounts and this is my only account.
My documents are used on my account and only account so how can I even owe more than 1 account for example.
Anyway they scammed my money and kept my account locked with no further explanation.

Had my account blocked for logging in from my work computer that had to be on a VPN and completely stopped communicating with me. I have emailed numerous times to try and get paid the $19,700 balance that I have in the account to no avail. The terms (section 1.6) do not clearly state that use of VPNs are not allowed and unless used to access their site from an illegal country or to mask your current actual location which is not the case for my account at all. My account has been fully verified, including my proof of residence. This is just another Curacao book that will look for any reason not to pay legitimate winners. It's a great site if you are looking to just go casually lose some money but if you win don't expect to be treated well and you absolutely run the risk of not getting paid.

I am located in the province of Saskatchewan in Canada, which is a legal country. I have never tried to access Betfinal (or any other web site for that matter) from outside of Canada. The VPN service on my work computer was a forced security precaution because I worked for a Financial Institution and was forced to work from home during a pandemic. I have adhered to all their requests and answered all their questions honestly, yet they have blocked my account, stolen my legitimate winnings, and refused to answer my emails.

I've been trying for months to cash my profits from betfinal and so far I can't. they just say they're going to deposit, but they never do that. my documents are all checking, they asked me for photos and documents and I made available everything they asked me, but still they do not comply with their part.
