Dear Aaron,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with your experience. Please note that all payouts are determined by game outcomes and the established return-to-player (RTP) percentages, which are set by the game providers and apply equally to all players. Results are generated randomly and cannot be influenced.
We would really appreciate the opportunity to look into your concerns in more detail. Please contact our support team at support@betmaster.ie with your account information so we can review your case and provide a clearer explanation.

Terrible customer service and blocked large withdrawals
Terrible customer service. Live chat take 30minutes to respond, wouldnt call it live chat. When they do respond, copy and paste answer and no specific information provided or any real attempt to go above and beyond to help customers.
I was able to withdraw small amounts for months straight to my bank account. Now I won big struggling to get money out and money returned to betmaster account from pending withdrawal and no details around the rejection.

Dear Conor,
We’re truly sorry to hear about your frustration and appreciate you sharing your experience. We understand how stressful it can feel when there’s a delay in getting information about withdrawals.
Upon reviewing your case, we can see that all your messages were answered promptly, usually within 5–7 minutes, and often sooner. Occasionally, our Customer Support team needs to consult other departments to provide accurate information, which can mean they aren’t able to give an immediate direct answer.
As of now, your account is under verification. We are happy to assist you with every step of the process and ensure everything is handled correctly. Please contact support@betmaster.ie — our team is available 24/7 and will be glad to help.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while we ensure your account and withdrawals are fully processed.
Kind regards,
