I love the hats BUT hate the lack of transparency about duties
I love the hats, BUT, I had to pay 1/3 of the price of the hat on duties charged by Trump's tarriff policies. I know that these are Trump's fault and not the betonxcire, however, I should be notified of this much more clearly at checkout, as I would not have made this purchase had I known this.

Après mon bonnet en mérinos pour l’hiver, il me fallait un bonnet pour me protéger du soleil l’été dans un pays où la température est très souvent supérieure à 30 degrés. Et quoi de mieux qu’un bonnet blanc crème !

Great product
Great product, my 4th hat! Shopping was super fast 6 days from France to Nova Scotia In Canada. UPS provided updates along the way so I knew every step the parcel took.
Could not be happier, the hats are perfect and I look awful in hats but these hats suit me perfectly!!

Très mauvaise expérience
Très mauvaise expérience. J'ai voulu échanger un article car trop petit. Au début on me répondait. On m'a fait payer la différence de prix entre les deux articles avant qu'on ne me l'envoie et depuis... plus de nouvelle ! Cela fait un mois! Je les relances et personne ne me répond. Et je n'ai pas reçu ma commande. Je me demande si ce n'est pas une arnaque. Attention à vous !
