Better Sleep Canada was born out of a very personal struggle. Like so many people, we experienced restless nights, racing thoughts, and the exhaustion that comes from not getting the sleep your mind and body need. Out of that frustration grew a mission: to create products that genuinely help people sleep better, feel calmer, and wake up ready to face the day. Founded in 2018 in Sherbrooke, Quebec, we started with a single product — a weighted blanket designed to feel like a comforting hug. We saw the incredible impact it had on our own lives, reducing anxiety and helping us finally get the deep, restorative sleep we had been missing. Word spread quickly, and soon thousands of Canadians were sharing their own stories of better nights and brighter mornings. Today, we are proud to have helped over 50,000 Canadians improve their sleep. Every blanket we ship is made with care, using eco-friendly, Oeko-Tex certified fabrics like bamboo and cotton. We back every order with a 101-night trial, free exchanges, and fast Canada-wide delivery — because we know how life-changing good sleep can be. No refunds - Customer service will ghost you

Customer service will ghost you when you try to get a refund - don't believe their refund policy.

I ordered the weighted blanket but changed my mind, and paid to ship it back. Unfortunately, the customer service was untimely, and largely unresponsive.

I’m very sorry to hear that this was your experience. We certainly never intend for any customer to feel ignored or unsupported.

We do process refunds in accordance with our return policy once the returned item is received at our warehouse, inspected, and confirmed to be in new condition. This step is necessary before the refund can be issued.

If you have already returned the blanket, please feel free to send us the return tracking number so we can locate the package and make sure your refund is processed as quickly as possible.

As a small family-owned Canadian business, we truly care about our customers and we always aim to resolve situations fairly. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and we will do our best to assist you.

Great experience with this company

Great experience with this company. The blanket I ordered didn’t work out but they offered so much assistance in starting a return or exchange. Really pleasant interaction! Would definitely order from them again.

I ORDERED A NECK BRACE THAT LOOKED…

I ORDERED A NECK BRACE THAT LOOKED ENTIRELY DIFFERENT THAN THE WEBSITE. IT TOOK OVER 4 WEEKS FOR ME TO GET IT AND NOW I AM TRYING TO RETURN IT AND GETTING ABSOLUTELY NO WHERE. THEY ALSO CHARGED ME A PROTECTED PACKAGE FEE THAT I DID NOT ELECT TO PURCHASE. VERY DISPLEASED

Patrick est à l’écoute des clients et leur produits sont vraiment de haute qualité. J’avais une autre couverture Hush avant et j’ai dû m’en débarrasser car elle était beaucoup trop chaude. Leur couverture est en coton et elle respire. Jumelé avec leur housse en bambou, je dors comme un bébé et je fais beaucoup moins d’anxiété.
