BUYERS BEWARE! Do yourself a favour and do not deal with this company at all. You only have to read their other reviews which I wish I’d read before I had dealings with them. Mia promised me day after day that she had a delivery company who was going to deliver my bathroom vanity. As I kept ringing and ringing and ringing, she kept promising and promising but nothing happened. Eventually, I rang and got a man who answered the phone. He told me he had better things to do than deliver my parcel. I explained to him that I went online. I ordered a vanity which included delivery. I was just waiting for my parcel to be delivered. He said I had to pay more money than what was on the delivery docket for him to deliver it ..he said “why don’t you come and pick it up yourself” I’ve got better things to do. I don’t fit in with your schedule, you fit in with mine. I explained you’re in Brisbane, I’m in Hervey Bay… How do you propose that I’m going to pick it up. Hey told me it’s now or never you have 10 minutes to decide whether it gets delivered as he’s too busy. What happened to an external delivery company?
That’s why I bought it, so I could get it delivered. Isn’t that what you would expect from an online bathroom supplier? All I can say is there is ZERO customer service… how outrageous!
I don’t know how this company is even still in business but what’s worse is the toxic relationship between the husband and wife over the phone!
If you don’t enjoy doing what you do it’s time to get out ..just saying.

I really wish I’d checked the reviews before ordering.

Before placing my order, I checked the delivery times and it was within the timeframe needed for my plumber’s visit. My plumber arrived yesterday, and there was no toilet delivered.

I contacted Better Bathrooms to find out what was going on, thinking it may have been delivered to the wrong address. I was then told that the tap I ordered isn’t in stock until the 30th, and because of this, my entire order has been held back.

This makes no sense. The toilet and douche bidet sprayer, which together cost over £400 - were ready to go, yet they weren’t dispatched simply because one smaller item was out of stock.

There was no communication about this, no option to part-ship, and no warning that my order would be delayed. As a result, I’ve been left without essential items at a time I specifically planned around. I was told I should’ve recieved an email to advise about this however nothing was sent!!

Really poor service and very frustrating experience

Beware! !Stay away from this business!

If you’re thinking about hiring them—don’t. They are dodgy and careless!

If there is 0 stars option I would give it to them!!

Our bathroom renovation has been a total nightmare with Dieter and his son, Lance. Dieter was nice and helpful at first, but once Lance took over, everything went downhill. He barely shows up—rolling in after midday, working maybe an hour or two, and then calling it a day.

It’s been four weeks, no bathroom with 2 young kids and they haven’t even started tiling. Meanwhile, they keep asking for more money. We’ve already given them cash $6,000, yet Lance complains we haven’t paid enough—even though he’s hardly working. They haven’t provided any invoices, and I’ll be following up with consumer law.

From day one, we specifically told them to take precautions and protect the carpet before starting the job. He only put protection down on the first day, but after that, he was completely careless. On top of that, they’ve made a huge mess. They burned some wires, cut the wrong pipe (which caused a leak downstairs), and left waterproofing paint stains all over our two-year-old carpet. Instead of a finished bathroom, we’re stuck with a disaster.

We consulted another companies for professional advice, and they confirmed that the work was completely substandard(doggy)- the waterproofing sheet and materials used were not appropriate. Additionally, the concrete floor wasn’t properly leveled.

On top of everything, not only was their service subpar, but they also engaged in highly unethical behavior. They exposed our name and photo on social media, fabricated a story, and falsely claimed that my husband threatened them—going so far as to involve the police.

This kind of conduct is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. No business should resort to publicly defaming customers to cover up their own shortcomings. I strongly advise others to be cautious before dealing with them.

Ordered a Shower Screen off this Company.
Took a while to ship but not worried about that.
Was delivered by Manager Dieter.
Gave him a hand to unload.
Manager said he had issues with Manufacturer and not easy to deal with. I thought you were supposed to promote your goods you sell.
Upon checking Shower screen I found numerous items missing.
Like no Manual and missing screws and other parts
I contacted seller numerous times. Each time they said they would get back to me but never bothered.
No attempt was ever made to solve the problem.
I thought this could be a good place to buy other goods but with this experience puts you off going back.

Note the complaint is about Seller who sold the goods.

Aggressive behaviour towards customers. They made a mistake with my order. They forgot to add delivery charges, so I offered they could cancel. Then they became very aggressive and expected me to pay for the delivery charges and threatened to charge me a fee for cancellation... total madness
