Thank you so much to Dan. I passed 1st time at sicup with 1 driving fault. Would highly recommend Better Driver for driving lessons, had an excellent experience, and gained knowledge and confidence on the road.

I learned to drive with Simon, with a few lessons from Rob, and would highly recommend both of them.
Simon is a patient instructor whose calm, uncomplicated and relaxed approach allowed me to learn to drive much faster, and with much more confidence, than I expected. He is also very easy to chat to, and I looked forward to all our lessons.
Rob is a natural teacher with seemingly endless practical tips that made learning — especially the areas I was struggling with — much easier.
Both genuinely cared that I passed and were highly supportive throughout.

Amazing instructors.

After having an instructor who yelled at her and destroyed her self-confidence whilst cancelling loads of her lessons, Mark was nothing short of amazing. Always professional and rarely late (it happens due to traffic some times but it was never by much) he never cancelled a lesson and built up her self confidence again. He also took her to her test at an inhumanly early hour on a Sunday without complaint.

Driving with John was like a breath of fresh air as I had to change instructors due to bad experiences with the previous one. I was a very nervous driver so it took me a long time to pick it up. John taught me to drive for over a year and was always so patient and creative when trying to explain certain things to me which helped with my confidence. I wouldn’t have been able to pass without his specific teaching and calm nature. Thank you so much John and the team for helping me pass my test!

Better driving were a brilliant group to choose to help build my driving skills up to perfection and I couldn’t have done it all without my Instructor Simon! A really helpful Instructor and a really good person too! Thanks a lot.

Andy is easy to talk to and when i’m confused he will always explain everything to me until i understand. Andy is a great driving instructor and i definitely would recommend him to people.

I had regular lessons with Andy for 3 months with no prior experience, and he always managed to fit me in despite short notice. When I was ready he managed to get a me a test within the next week which I passed with only 1 fault thanks to all of the high quality lessons and mock tests with Andy. I couldn't recommend him enough: he has a lovely car and is very encouraging, patient and has many ways of explaining himself including drawing things out on a whiteboard. Additionally he was very helpful outside of lessons and always responded quickly to any questions I had over Whatsapp. Thank you Andy!

My instructor was Andy and he helped me build my confidence when driving on the roads and helped me learn how to safely drive and pass my test first time. Overall i have had a great experience with this company due to my instructor being a lovely, patient and supportive person who helped me a lot with my driving experience. Thank you :)

Peter was the best instructor I ever had! I already had my license,but haven't driven in years, plus I learnt and passed driving on the other side of the road/car. My biggest issue was confidence. I booked 4 refresher lessons with him to focus on confidence building, and UK driving, and honestly the results have exceeded my expectations. He was patient, explaining everything I wasn't sure about, he always checked what I wanted to focus on, and pushed me to practice things he knew I'd find challenging (I did tell him to do this). He also managed to schedule me in a busy period,with my difficult availability. Thanks to him I have the best attitude to driving I ever had, after years of refusing to even practice. So thank you Peter, thanks to you I've overcome one of my biggest obstacles. Now I just need to practice more :)

I had Mark he was a very clear instructor with good chat and got me a pass

Peter was my instructor and he was absolutely amazing, he explained each topic in a clear manner and always made sure I communicated the things I found most difficult and then spent extra time nailing those. He also helped a lot with nerves right up until the test and made sure I did the best I could even if I was unsure about some topics.

Had a total of 6 lesson with Peter, 12 hours of driving. What can I say, he was brilliant, very honest, efficient & said it how it was. I honestly can not thank him enough, I passed my test today & I honestly could not of done it without his teaching, advice & support. Thank you for giving me this opportunity, it means so much.

You can tell he has been a professional driver for many years with his approach to teaching and road safety and driver awareness.
Also very helpful with being flexible around exams and appointments too.

Mark from Better Driver was honestly the best instructor I could have ever had. He was calm and provided me with the tools I needed to become the independent driver I am now. I could not possibly recommend him enough to anyone using this service.

Dani from Better Driver was great for our daughter, who has autism and struggles significantly with social interactions. Dani put her at ease from the get go and is a very calm and patient instructor. She gave our daughter lots of positive encouragement which boosted her confidence and she has now passed her driving test, which is great. We can't recommend Dani highly enough.

I heard about Better Driver Training through a friend of mine, and I happened to get the same instructor that he did. Mark was amazing at starting from scratch with the lessons and never seemed bored when we were driving slow and stalling all around the back roads. But as my confidence rose Mark also pushed me to take on more and do more driving. I failed my first test, and after a while I rescheduled some more lessons with Mark, to pick up where we left off and I have just passed on the second attempt, thank you Mark and thank you Better Driver Training

Peter was a great instructor! He could clearly identify what I personally needed to work on and we managed to cover lots of ground in all of our lessons. He teaches in a way that makes driving safely a natural instinct rather than just learning what would be “right” or “wrong”. Truly grateful for his help to pass first time.

I never thought I’d ever see the day I passed my test after having multiple instructors and so little confidence, but then I switched to Dani and my confidence sky rocketed. She was calm, patient and understanding, she’s easy to talk to and the way she teaches is so simple to understand. I passed today first time with 0 faults and it’s thanks to Dani, I’d highly recommend for anyone learning automatic.
