In regard to your bonus winnings, they were capped at €500 because that’s the maximum amount that could be withdrawn from the bonus you claimed, in line with the specific bonus terms. Also, since all remaining winnings originated from the canceled withdrawals attached to this bonus, unfortunately, that remained the maximum withdrawable amount. Still, we understand that this might not have been clearly communicated to you, so we apologize if it caused any confusion.
