Do not use this site complete joke deposits go to different accounts evry time can’t withdraw it’s a con ….. please do not use and also tried to cancel account via email and can’t customer service is also a joke

I been playing on this casino for a week now I won 2-3 times and cancel the withdrawal every time and loosing it and after I been read the reviews on here I make another withdrawal £2000 and I will not cancel it I want to wait to see you will get pay or not it’s day 3 for waiting now still pending I will update later if I get pay.

As with all online casinos there will be a large amount of people just hacked off because of a loss, I can honestly say I have no issues with this site whatsoever, all casinos need documents and will need to be verified etc, so if you don't want the hassle of going through this if you've reached a cashout stage, do all your documents first and get them verified ready for when you get lucky. I have withdrawn from this site 6-7 times with no issue and always processed within the 48hrs stated but as mentioned if your documents aren't up together then of course it will take longer. never spoke with support as have had no need to so can't comment there , but emails are clear and to the point regards what is required to verify your account , so moral of the story to get your withdrawals processed within 48hrs get your documents done.

I say not fake as i have made a few small withdrawals.. but what i will say is this if u are looking for big wins please pass this site by..u will not get it here pay outs are minimum as are any bonus games while game playing and if u are lucky enough to get an ingame bonus it too will be a minimum pay out u will always lose more than you actually can win this is a genuine review of the site its not a case of ive lost and im not happy.. i have been playing the site for months now and i completely understand the concept of gambling u win u lose etc but on this site ur loss will be so much more...also be aware of their deposit methods as my sister deposited twice on sign up and the miney never made it to her account BUT it was taken from her bank...she was told by customer chat service the money would bounce back to her account in 5 working days but this was not the case at all and because they use outside payment methods she never got the money refunded so just be aware of this before u decide to deposit.And when i say very minimum rate of pay on games i mean you can deposit multiple times and get like 10%of your total deposits back in wins(not always the case but mostly that scenario)

Withdrawal request has been declined for the 5th day in the row now . Thus company are clueless they will try and try and try to make you spend the money you want to withdraw by declining 3 or 4 times hoping your hike to say bugger it I will just use it . Sneaky Company, Do not use. They let you deposit just fine, with no mention of a minimum withdrawal limit on the sign up process. However once you've deposited, played, and go to withdraw you'll find that the minumum withdrawal is 100 euros. and the only way to withdraw is to deposit and play through that amount. Very sneaky underhand tactic, they know exactly what they are doing, but hide behind a one line sentence in the terms and conditions when questioned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Very good, I’m on gamstop and have tried many, this one I ensured I fully verified everything. I love the fact you can do all the cool shot like feature spins and auto play. Up to now I have withdrawn 2000 euro. Took 4 days to come and ended up being around 1600gbp. The a further 300 euro. 36 hours to pay. And then I’ve just withdrawn a further 2k today

They put every barrier in the way to prevent you withdrawing any winnings - I even opened a Bitcoin account when they kept informing me that I could not withdraw to the card I had used to deposit, that three bank accounts I linked had failed the transfer and that my Bitcoin address had also failed.
