Excellent communication and customer service second to none a massive thank you to Vicki who sorted me out highly recommend this company

My interaction with Betty & Bertie has had some ups and downs. 1st scooter ever, a Ren. Had issues, was collected for repair and the courier lost it! Had to wait ages without a scooter for the replacement, which had immediate issues and once again was swapped out. That said my Ren allows me to go along on dog walks, shopping etc. I am in my late 40's and I was looking for a scooter that looked less like an old fashioned type or designed purely for supermarket shops for OAP's (no offence intended) . All in all, love my scooter. Only things that I would want is for it to be unrestricted for use on private land (originally website said it was capable of 12mph) and perhaps a 4 wheel version for added stability.

had axis scooter on 14 day trial booked return collection as was not suitable for me sent fed x label for them to collect scooter told they would collect on friday 15/08/25/ waited in all day no sign of fed x no contact from fed x e mailed bettie bernie e mail back from md said he would ring me on monday and collect scooter on his way home no p call had to take scooter back myselt on tuesday abismall customer service

Contacted Betty & Bertie and spoke to Geoff re-purchasing a second battery for my Lupin mobility scooter. Unfortunately, there wasn't a new one in stock, but Geoff managed to find me a refurbished one and a reduced cost

I was able to ring the company up, as I had some questions concerning the mobility scooter.the gentleman I spoke to was fantastic.gave me all the information I needed,and was very polite and professional , nothing was too much trouble.

Everyone I spoke to was very positive and helpful. Also they will deliver and collect without quibble.

Extremely helpful on phone and they make the buying of a mobility scooter very easy. It is arriving very quickly and can be sent back easily if I am not happy with it.
I couldn’t ask for better service so far.

The person on the phone was great, he gave me good advice about the product, confirmed I would get 12 months warranty, and also 12 months insurance on the scooter I purchased. He also went through other questions I asked about the product, really good service and information, to help make an informed choice about my mobility scooter purchase!
