Ordered formalin and received reagent water instead with the shipping label conveniently placed over the product label. This caused me to ruin thousands of dollars in product for my business, including commissions. They offered a refund and refused to compensate further for such a huge mistake on their part. I am out a ton of product and income for my business. I will never order from this company again and will make sure no one else in my industry gives them business.

I order 3 packs (60 pads) of Premira Microfiber pads (comes in 20 pads in a pack). The package arrived on time, but I only received 1 pack (which is 20 pads). I was so disappointed and very angry (at the same time). I called Betty Mills immediately but the company was close, so I called the next day, and I received an automatic teller stating, I do not recognized that number. I called Betty Mills 3 times, and I got the same old message. Lesson learned….No more ordering from Betty Mills. I got scammed. Well, yesterday (11/12/2025), I’ve just received the 2nd part of my 3 pks of 20 microfiber pads making it 40 pads. I don’t know whether or not if get the last one. I did receive the packaging receipt showing 2 pks but my email receipt is showing 3 pks, but any event, I will not be ordering from this company, Betty Mills…..So, now, my last package has arrived. I do not understand, why didn’t Betty Mills ship all 3 packs of 20 pads together, instead, Betty Mills shipped each package in a separate box on different days, let me tell you, the box is very big…I have 3 big boxes in my garage……I have all 3 pks (20 each making it 60)

Looking to purchase enfit TRN203, which does NOT require a prescription at any online or brick and mortar store, but this company does. Why???

I'm dealing with a serious lung disease and need to wear a mask when in public. Hospitals don't offer masks here in Portland, so Betty Mills saved the day!! They have competitive pricing and they shipped them to me fast!! Highly recommend

After nearly 5 weeks inpatient in the PICU, my daughter was ready to be released but needed a low air loss / pressure relief mattress as one of 4 new life-sustaining medical products for her continued recovery at home. Thank God we found Betty Mills. Wish I could provide higher than 5 stars! We were able to get a high quality, product at an unbelievably reasonable cost, with incredibly fast shipping and amazing customer service from the first call to delivery and follow up support. I've recommended this company to the hospital and have spread the word amongst my support groups!

I bought the moleskin straps for the bottom of the foot support. Product is poorly made. They slip and move only a couple of hours of being worn. I have used the same product from 2 other companies while they cost more they are worth the slight price in difference. Customer service is a waste of time. I am not even sure they comprehended what I was saying

I made a purchase by phone . I spelled my email to get my receipt email to me . The package arrived but not the receipt. I called again another person promised me it will email it to me . again nothing no quality service their business is one way street profit without customer satisfaction. Business gives a feeling that you shopping from eBay.

I just discovered this online store when searching for medical supplies I need ongoing for my daughter.Ive had problems getting these from other shopping sites that deliver from across the country and there is adhesive temp issues that ruin the products protective quality and long shipping times excessive fees shipping etc Betty mills is in my state they're always on time and product perfect..Wish I knew about them 2 yrs ago .Molynlyckeproducts are the best and not available or very limited on Amazon so .I found my home with Betty mills.I don't get the 1 star reviews but that's okay more service for me😁

I did not receive my shipment. Probably due to a UPS problem. Called and requested cancellation due to timing issues. They sent a replacement anyway and offered to let me return it.

Horrible customer service.

Ordered flannel topped waterproof sheet protectors, but received a quilted type pad. I was told that the photograph on their website is not always the same as the current product. Hello???? In print advertising, that's called bait and switch. The woman said we post what the manufacturer gives us. She stated the description says quilted pad. The webpage reads "Waterproof Sheet Protector, 44" X 52" along with a photo of a flannel pad. In the returns department, the rude woman told me I would have to send a photo so she can compare it to the website in order to pay the return shipping. I JUST WANT THE PRODUCT! Perhaps her rudeness is due to the volume of complaints that I am certain she receives. AVOID BETTY MILLS!

Picture on Betty Mills website showed a complete CPAP mask. Item received was just the straps. Had to pay the return shipping and the company also deducted the initial shipping charge from the refund. Told the representative while arranging the return about the defective picture to avoid others having the same bad experience. Weeks after reporting the incorrect misleading picture, having been told it would be addressed with their supplier, the picture of the item was unchanged on the Betty Mills website. Waste of time and money. Find some other company with accurate item pictures to buy what you need.

Horrible website and return experience. Really difficult for someone with Autism to navigate.

I ordered a Invacare H/D wheelchair for personal use on Sept. 13,2022. Price was resonable. Was led to understand to check back around 10 days. Returning to website, A.I. could not verify my order. After contacting C.S., i received an email on Oct. 18th to inform me that W/C was on back order from Invacare. On Nov. 3rd, was informed that no ETA was available. On Nov. 11th, was informed that W/C was shipped. W/C received Nov. 14th. There were no disclaimers that orders would be delayed; not sure I will reorder again.
