Won over $2000, when I tried to withdraw I had my bank details incorrect. Wrote to customer support and they were able to fix. However I’ve now 20 odd email deep into trying to get my payment. They are claiming that the KYC information requires a PDF of my bank statement yet their terms and conditions does not list this.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, never answered questions just kept giving me the same spiels. Also they never confirmed my age or identity to allow me to set up an account, deposit money and gamble. It was only required when I requested the withdrawal.
Seems very dodgy to me.

Won $6500 had to take (2) KYC process the first made me wait a whole day until they asked for a second load of the same documents on day 2 waiting progress going on to 3 days now and day 3 they decided to log me out of my account marked my withdrawal completed before they log me out then says I still have to wait to get verified it's a long confusing wait were we don't get no timeframe of the wait nor we get confirmation on the situation that brought this to there attention in the first place as I've won $6000 few weeks ago and never had this problem but this time around they wasted my time for 3 days straight for customer service to mark my winnings as completed on my account to suspending my account to taking all my winnings never would recommend this website to anyone unless you wanna get ripped off bloody ridiculous😡😡

I did a withdrawal and then was told I had to verify my identity, I’ve been waiting 6 days and they still haven’t processed my withdrawal. When I speak to them via their support chat I keep getting “our team are currently working on your case, please be patient”… thats all they say every single time.

Edit in reply - Sure, I got a bonus that stated it was not subject to any wagering requirements and winnings from the bonus would be withdrawable - when I tried to withdraw the winnings I wasn’t able to and customer support told me I had to wager $30 from winnings on the slots before any withdrawals would be processed, even though I had wagered $90+ in sports bets. This is a scam site. All the positive reviews are fake. If you look at each one of them closely these same "people" have all reviewed another site called "chatbot app". What are the odds all these people have both used "Betzillo" and "chatbot app"?

Horrible Scammers - avoid at all costs. They don't follow through on their deposit promotions, they deliberately try to block withdrawals through false error messages , and they provided me false information regarding turnover requirements.

I was explicitly told that I needed to turn over my winnings on a "non live table" game by a staff member which I did, but then the next person I spoke too had a completely different set of rules.

They also don't tell you whether you're using real cash or casino (bonus) cash and will automatically default to your real money.

Gave me a promotion of betting on the maroons vs blues game, $2 for qld to wear maroon max bet $20, it was a no brainer so i deposit then go to place the bet and it said max bet 0.1. I tried to claim a bonus and it told me I’ve already used my first bet when I haven’t. Bunch of scam

This is by far the worst experience I have had with a betting company. I deposited $50, placed a few different bets and then tried to withdraw and it was declined. I contact customer service and they tell me I need to bet $150 total to withdraw my money. So I did. Then I tried to withdraw and they said no, I now need to bet $500 and they told me to bet on the slots. I was also supposed to get a $50 bonus sportsbet and I can't even determine how to make that bet. I tried to resolve the dispute but will now need to make a formal complaint to ACMA.

This casino is clearly rigged and has been flooded with fake 5* reviews. They don’t even have a way to contact them. Don’t play with them.
