Untrustworthy

This company has proven to be entirely unreliable and untrustworthy. I won approximately £175 on an accumulator bet, but my winnings were never paid. Shortly after I requested a withdrawal, my account was blocked without explanation, and customer service has since ignored all attempts to contact them.

It is deeply concerning that a business operating under a gaming license can behave in this way. Withholding legitimate winnings and cutting off communication is unacceptable and raises serious questions about their practices.

Unless this matter is resolved promptly, I intend to escalate my complaint to Trading Standards and the relevant licensing authority. I strongly advise others to avoid this betting site and to approach it with extreme caution.

So after winning a considerable amount, I had nothing but neverending issues getting the withdrawal completed. After that rigmarole, they ended up closing my account without any warning nor reasoning.

- Lack of payment method options
- closing accounts that win in an attempt to hinder withdrawals
- bad odds

Stick to competent, traditional betting sites if you want to bet.

Avoid Betzone at all costs…it’s not worth it.

I gave one star because I couldn't give less. They have over £100 of mine but simply won't let me withdraw. They say they have a new platform and need to contact them on a new email address but they never reply. These people are thieves and scammers. Please stay well away from them.

Really poor site, almost impossible to bonus slots, I gave up in the end and closed account but they still owe me £160 in pending withdrawals

I was having a great experience with them and had to freeze bank card
Tried to withdraw and they sent me a email saying they couldn’t pay out because of this
Now after sending in photos of new bank card and passport with a letter from HMRC

But has to be scanned but it’s not a good photo so I also sent part documents and is still not good enough
DONT try them as after 2 weeks still can’t do anything to make them happy and get my money

The site itself is reasonable. I have had some big wins on slots, some losses too but I certainly wouldn’t say their slots are bad.

My issues are firstly that they have no loyalty scheme, a silly daily ‘free’ wheel that mostly gives nothing and even the best prize is only worth £10. The bigger and second issue is that their staff are scumbags. Upon asking for an account review they would occasionally credit the odd pittance after thousands spent. Then I got to the stage where I just saw no value and deposited a lot less. I asked for an account review and their response was that there had been no new activity. When I did a little bit more depositing then asked for one I was told that my account was suspended for 24 hours due to bonus requests. They had previously threatened this when I had stopped depositing and I had told them it’s a pretty empty threat when I’m not using the site anyway.

So what we have here are staff who abuse customers by using ‘safer gambling’ as a tool to threaten and punish them.

Bad news, Betzone! I don’t need your site! There are hundreds of others that offer far better value and far superior customer service.

Whoever has set up this site ought to be ashamed of their staff.

No issues at all easy to deposit withdrawals in my bank within 30 mins 8 dud have to send a pic of my id and a council tax bill but most bookmakers do this now, just needs more markets available to compete with the big companies ,I only use sports betting so no idea what the casino sides like

Deposited £110, won £700, withdrawed and money was in my bank account in under 30 minutes! No checks, no uploading documents! A casino that actually pays out without any fuss! Cash out on sports bets is dodgy. Your selection can be winning, but cash out offer will often disappear for no apparent reason and doesn't return before the end of the game. And stay well away from their slots. You'll get absolutely rinsed! I speak from experience on that one. Total rip-off. Sign up with the welcome10 offer and they say you never so then they offer to apply it for you to then bet another qualifying offer. Don’t waste your time with them use a bigger betting site that don’t try these stunts

Joined only a few days ago,withdrew £100 yesterday came into my bank in about 1 hour later. Had a £10 double up today winning £192.50 put on the £2.50 and withdrew the £190 the money was not sent to my account,they sent me an email saying there was a problem with my bank,no such thing. I tried to reply to their email but there is no existing site or so it says. I am going to write to the gambling commission because there is no way now for me to contact them myself,customer support does not exist.
