Waste of time they could not care less
Absolute joke 7 days after paying still not even shipped told them I wanted a refund I got zero communication, the next day I get a PayPal notification saying a refund would be with me in 3 days. So zero customer service!! Zero communication!! and obviously got a strop on when they were asked for a refund, I’m not interested if you have lots of orders I own a business and a website and I put the effort in to make sure every order goes out no matter how long I have to stay back to make sure my customers get what they paid for. Unless of course you are taking money for stock you do not have?

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, we apologise for the delay with your order.
When you placed your order we sent a confirmation email that explains we make every batch fresh to order, so when we receive a lot of orders at once this can occasionally lead to delays. The email also explains if customers need their order for a specific date, to please let us know and we will accommodate for this.
When you asked for a refund we replied the same day to confirm it and to apologise for the wait. It looks like that email may not have reached you or it is possible it landed in your spam folder. We can only apologise for this.
