Everything went extremely well. The watch arrived quickly, and looked exactly like the advertised picture.

At the time I found the product I was looking for, I was unsure about this website because I had never heard of it before. However, I took the chance and ordered an eyeshadow palette. This company shipped very fast and I received it within a week. The only reason I give four stars is because this fragile item was packed in only an envelope, and was partially broken when I received it. *I reached out to their customer service and they instantly replied. Within a few days, we had a fair resolution. They are a good company to buy from, I just hope that they pack eyeshadow palettes, maybe in some bubble wrap, in the future.

Absolutely perfect I have a thick wrist and it’s so hard to find a nice watch that’s not a huge men’s watch on me it’s feminine but not too small and doesn’t swallow my arm either will definitely purchase again !!!

You shipped a fraudulent order. This went to someone who hacked my account. Don’t you check?

Not happy with the purchase of Gucci watch. Seller more than accommodated the return for a full refund.

I’m still waiting for my order since September 18th sent email still not heard anything . Might have to call my credit card company and have them check for fraud

Shipping was fast but the watch came defected. The second hand continues to stick and haven't been able to reach customer service to do a return.

The watch arrived with a dead battery.
Thus defeats the point of buying on line if I have to find a place to replace battery .
So the expense of remove links and a new battery ran the cost of watch up.

The watch is very pretty. However, one strap broke off and the watch is not working. I have to send it back.

While Bezali was courteous and responsive to every email, there was a bit of disconnect in me feeling confident my message was understood. In fairness they refunded my purchase in full. I would recommend double checking the item descriptions along with what to expect with return/exchange policies.

Order came very quick packaged nice as well

The supposedly new watch they sent was missing a spring bar, had a loose case back, and a loose hand from one of the subdials. I’m eagerly awaiting their recovery response.

Very nice jewelry, however, two watches had no manual with it.

Delivery was on time, watch was beautiful and as it was a gift the recipient was extremely happy. Great quality and authentic.
