BFCC Garage Doors Reviews 

Having recently moved to Manningtree, we ran into a problem with our garage door. It had been getting increasingly noisy and then, one day, it stopped opening altogether. Even the manual override wouldn't work. To make matters worse, we needed to get our classic car out of the garage for our son's wedding, which was only a week away.

We contacted several garage door repair companies with good reputations, but felt we were in a difficult position. Most were quoting around £100 just for the call out, before any repairs were even carried out.
We decided to search our local Facebook group and came across BFCC, who had excellent reviews.

Although they couldn't attend immediately, they kept us updated, answered the phone promptly, and fitted us in as soon as they could.
We have to commend them on their expertise and professionalism. They quickly diagnosed and rectified the problem, and no replacement parts were needed. Best of all, the total cost for the call-out and repair was less than the £100 that other companies wanted just to come out.

We cannot recommend BFCC highly enough. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and provide excellent value for money. It's refreshing to find a company that genuinely looks after its customers rather than taking advantage of them.

I had a sectional garage door fitted the whole job took 2.5 hours. Team very professional and courteous. I was very pleased with the end result and a decent price. I am definitely glad I chose BFCC for the job.

To say that I'm pleased with the service from BFCC would be an understatement, from the attentive and knowledgeable discussions prior to ordering, the very keen pricing and excellent communication every aspect was first class.
When I called with a problem it was dealt with extremely quickly with the minimum of inconvenience and fuss.

My rather old garage door had come off the runners and seemed to be falling apart and I thought that it would mean a new garage door. I phoned BFCC as they are a local company and their chap came round next morning at the time agreed. He said it could be mended and after about half an hour or so had it back together again and working perfectly, having installed some new parts and strengthened the frame. The bill was very reasonable and I can thoroughly recommend this firm.

I needed a part for my garage door and BFCC had the part, I collected and tried to fit, which I could not install myself correctly, I had to arrange a visit to rectify the Fault.
My experience of BFCC has been excellent from start to finish, very efficient with great communication, Karon in the showroom was really helpful and found the part I needed, also when I needed the repair she had the installers there the next day.
The two installers/fault repair guys were friendly and super quick at rectifying fault with garage door, it works better than ever now.
