Fantastic airport taxi service
Brilliant service, airport run was easy and timely. Great to have someone waiting outside the terminal to whisk us home quickly when we landed! The whole process from booking, to payment, to arrangements on the day was fantastic. Highly recommended.

Amazing service
Amazing service! Went above and beyond to help all of us.
Dave made our holiday journey that much better from great communication to being early and to just providing excellent service.

Simple the BEST!
Extremely reliable airport transfer service, clean cars, back up plans in place in the unlikely event of breakdown, polite drivers, help with luggage, drivers keeps in touch especially on return with details of whereabouts and reg number of his vehicle. Always punctual both outbound and return. On booking Dave sends a digital acknowledgement. First class service, would not use any other. I have travelled with BFW 5 times within a year and I'm so glad I found them via a leaflet posted through my door. Shout out to Moss too!

Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service. I’d had a terrible flight and the driver was so lovely he just let me curl up and go to sleep in the back of the car and got me home safely and on time. I will definitely be using this company again.
The car was clean, comfortable and well presented and the driver was professional friendly and understood my needs.

Great service! Recently booked a return trip to manchester airport. Very professional and reliable. Received a confirmation text the day before pick up for extra reassurance. Very easy to contact and respond quickly. Would use again and highly recommend.

Would have been 5 stars only for the…
Would have been 5 stars only for the disastrous pickup at the end of our holiday. Had we been made aware beforehand where the actual pick up point was situated we would not have been soaked to the skin. Had to sit in the taxi all the way home soaking wet and cold. The drivers were very pleasant and friendly. Just such a bad end to a wonderful holiday.

This message included directions to the pick-up zone and is a template we've successfully sent over 2,000 times this year. Unfortunately, the text wasn't delivered to your mobile, so the driver followed up with a phone call to explain the location of Terminal 3’s pick-up zone and provide details on the signage.
We feel your review does not fully reflect the quality of our service. While we understand your frustration, we cannot control external factors such as weather or the conditions at Manchester Airport. The airport’s limited time for pick-ups and its rules mean we often have to wait outside the designated zones, around 1 mile away. To minimize your wait time, we request that you meet us at a pre-designated location, as we may not always know your appearance. We do, however, provide the vehicle make, model, color, and registration details to help you locate us more easily. This information is available both through the web portal and via the text messages you receive, along with GPS tracking and a map to show the driver’s location.
While we understand the challenges that arose during your experience, these were primarily due to factors outside of our control, namely Manchester Airport’s rules and the weather. We hope that you’ll give us another opportunity to serve you and restore your trust in our service, perhaps earning a 5-star rating next time.

Very easy to book , driver kept in contact with us and was very pleasant and a smooth safe ride , on picking us up over a month later was spot on time can’t praise them enough would highly recommend we will use them every time

5 Star from Start to Finish
So Easy to Book Called and Made our Booking for a Great Price, All detail sent to me plus on our morning of Departure a Text to let us Know our Driver was on His way and Ontime Very Friendly and got us to Liverpool in Good time with instructions for our return Pickup . On Arrival back to Liverpool another text from our Driver to let him Know were were through Baggage and he was there at our pickup Promtly to drive us Home again Very Friendly and soon had us Home . I would Recomend BFT Tranfers for Sure 5*****

I would just like just say what a great team of guys, From an early pick to return pick up we had Paul on the 25th February 2025.
extremely pleasant, friendly and welcoming.
On arrival back yesterday we had moss can I just say what a gentleman only had a baby daughter 3 days prior and was at work. Again he was extremely pleasant , friendly welcoming and was really interested about out holiday to Tenerife. Like 5 start treatment from start to finish..Without a doubt I would recommend you to family and friends. Again a big big thankyou.

Very easy to make a booking. Very friendly and polite on phone and no rush making booking. Cars on time to and from airport. Nice and friendly and polite drivers make you feel safe and comfortable. Cars spot less and clean. Will be using them again and would recommend anyone else to use this company.
