Kate , was more than helpful , and resourceful with my request , each time I spoke to her, she would respond and provide all information required from me . I would strongly recommend her financial services in the future .

This is the second time we have used Amanda and BGA, and both times the service has been excellent. Professional and well informed throughout I would not use anyone else. Mortgage rates changed multiple times during our purchase process and we were promptly advised on this and the options were laid out clearly. Anything wordy or that we did not understand in relation to our purchase and sale, we were able to raise this with Amanda and have it clarified quickly. Brilliant service A+ if we move again in the future we will use BGA

I can’t recommend Kate from the BGA Mortgage highly enough. From start to finish, the whole mortgage process was incredibly smooth and quick. Kate was always available to help and offer clear, professional advice at every stage, which made everything feel stress-free and straightforward. I really appreciated how honest and transparent the company is - there were no hidden fees, and all payments were explained clearly from the beginning. They can also help with insurance and other extras, but there was never any pressure to take anything I didn’t need, which I found very refreshing.

The service that was provided was great to help secure our mortgage. As first time buyers had lots of questions but Kate made the process really easy even taking the time out one evening to discuss our life insurance policies with us.

As a first-time buyer, the thought of getting a mortgage on my own was really overwhelming and I didn’t know where to start and honestly felt quite lost. A friend recommended Kate Beale at BGA, and I’m so glad they did. From the very first phone call, Kate was incredible. She immediately put me at ease.

Kate took the time to explain everything clearly, step by step, in a way that actually made sense to me. She arranged my mortgage in principle, found me the best deal, and then handled the whole application process with such care and professionalism. Every question I had was answered, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

Midway through the process, Kate spotted that rates had dropped and secured me a better deal before my completion, saving me a lot money.

She also recommended a fantastic solicitor, Nicola Acklam at Pinney Talfourd, who was brilliant from start to finish and worked seamlessly alongside Kate.

Looking back now, I honestly don’t know how I would have managed without Kate. She made what could have been such a stressful and confusing time into something smooth and positive. Beyond being amazing at her job, she’s just such a lovely, approachable person, and that made all the difference.
