Quality and communication
First experience of Bgreater, having purchased due to mix of price point and wider toe box shoes. The Levinson's have been a great school wear. We'd noticed some post returns damage and on contacting Bgreater, the customer services quickly resolved the problem for us. A* team and great to have access to the service. Will be going back

They've been brilliant my kids love these shoes and my daughter is so sad she's nearly grown out of them and any problems they are really helpful and quick to respond can't say enough good things about them!

These are the best school shoes!
These are the best school shoes I’ve ever bought my son. We usually buy his shoes from Clarks but we had been disappointed with the quality, my son complained they weren’t comfortable and they’d usually fall to bits after a term. These shoes are a game changer. We bought them ready for September. No more shoe dramas in the mornings and they still look great.

Lovely shoes but disappointed as starting to fall apart after 1.5 school terms
Bought a pair of school shoes for my son who started Reception in September from Bgreater. I normally buy from Clarkes. They are smart and he has found them very comfortable. I am a bit disappointed though as the velcro on one of the straps has come away from the leather so they now look tatty. I will have to see if I can repair with a glue gun or something before buying another pair. He was only wearing them 3 days a week due to Forest school and PE on other school days. Despite this I will say my son has definitely put the shoes through their paces, being a typical high energy 5 year old, but I had hoped they would have lasted more than 1.5 terms before starting to fall apart. Haven't had this issue with Clarkes shoes before despite them also receiving a bit of a battering. I like the ethos and reported better foot health Bgreater promote, so would buy from them again, since I seem to be a rare person who has had an issue, but I am a bit put off tbh. They aren't cheap shoes.

I have bought several pairs of BGreater shoes and always been really happy with the quality. The sizes are generous and the school shoes have lasted both my kids for the whole school year. They're both extremely rough with shoes so this is nothing short of a miracle! I've always found their customer service to be excellent; they're really quick to reply, and helpful with their answers. I always recommend them to others. Loving all the new styles that have come out and now both my rainbow loving boys have some brightly coloured trainers to wear outside of school. Our last order came with bonus chocolate which really made my and the kids day! 10/10 would recommend!

My children have now had over 10 pairs…
My children have now had over 10 pairs of bgreater shoes between them. My son has worn no other shoes for over 3 years as he finds them so comfortable. All pairs have worn well and lasted a satisfactory amount of time given how well used each pair is. Customer service has been prompt and helpful.

Total BGreater converts - value for money and excellent quality!
We are huge fans of BGreater! I have always struggled with my feet (flat-footed, bunions etc), and I have needed 2 surgeries due to this. Unfortunately my children also have broad feet and their toes were curled inwards from toddlers, so we have always bought expensive, wide-fitting branded shoes; however, BGreater is the first brand we’ve tried (in 8 years!) which have actually lasted all year round, plus since wearing their school shoes, my children’s toes have straightened out.
As a company, they are personal, thoughtful (proper email responses from customer service) and just thorough. No, I don’t have shares, and this isn’t a fake review - I am just very happy to finally have found a company which genuinely cares about feet, customer satisfaction, and the purse strings! Thank you, BGreater (and my daughter says thank you for the little sweeties we received in her replacement shoes!).

Excellent. Have purchased from them several times. Both school and everyday trainers. The whole process was great from start to finish every time. One parcel was lost in the post (the fault of Royal Mail) and this was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Excellent customer service
I've had several pairs of shoes now over the last few years for my children from Bgreater since the brand established. The children find them comfortable and they are good quality for a reasonable price for barefoot shoes. I have recently had an issue with one shoe which has not lasted as well as expected. I contacted customer services and they were very prompt to respond and offered a like for like replacement or partial refund. Very happy with the customer service and will continue to purchase from this brand

Great shoes, great customer service, don't plan on going anywhere else
I'm really surprised to find this company doesn't have 5*.
My 3.5 year old has only ever worn bgreater shoes. She finds them really comfy, her balance etc is great and they last really well. If you have any issues, the customer service cannot be faulted. I see their customer service has previously gained some bad reviews, I believe this is due to the company gaining popularity so quickly so they had a period of slower responses etc as they expanded their team to meet demand, they were very open with their customers when having these issues. I cannot fault them and have recommended them to friends who also love them and if we see people out and about in these shoes, everyone speaks highly of them. I hope to keep both my girls in bgreater shoes as long as possible. My only slight criticism is there isn't more choice but they are constantly releasing more designs so I look forward to seeing more styles hopefully including sandals in the future.

Love these shoes and a great company. I've bought several pairs now for my kids and they last really well, don't scuff up and are reportedly very comfortable. Very much worth the money as they are already reasonably priced for decent barefoot shoes. When I've needed some customer support they were also incredibly responsive and resolved the issue quickly. Can’t stop buying them!
I’ve just made a huge order of the toddler shoes for first birthday presents as we have loved every single pair we have owned (many pairs) for our now 3 year old. Every pair has been so incredibly comfy and my daughter has loved them.
I am also a teacher and I keep spotting more and more children around school wearing their school shoes - this is testament to how many parents love the brand. I can’t wait for my daughter to go to school in September so I can buy our next pair.

Unbeatable for comfort, durability & style
A very happy returning customer! Both my children have worn BGreater shoes for the past 4 years & I couldn’t recommend them more. Before discovering BGreater, I used to have huge problems leaving the house due to shoe discomfort, but ever since we made the switch I have had zero complaints. We not only buy their school shoes, but also their trainers too. Both always last a full year & look as good as new at the end. We love them!!

We’ve been BGreater customers for a number of years and genuinely couldn’t be happier. Our children absolutely love these shoes - they’re incredibly comfortable, soft, and flexible, with a wonderful barefoot feel that really sets them apart from other brands.
They also last brilliantly, which is no small thing with active children. I’ve seen some of the reviews regarding quality - this has never been an issue for us and ours have been worn a lot! They’ve also been passed down to younger siblings, been through the wash numerous times, etc.
Since we started buying shoes from BGreater, our children consistently choose them over any other brand we own.
We began with school shoes, but quickly realised they were being worn seven days a week, thank goodness trainers are available too. We’ve since stocked up and they’ve become our go-to for everyday wear.
Additionally, they’re at a great price point and customer service has always been responsive and positive whenever I’ve needed to be in touch. Highly recommended.

We love them
We love bgreater shoes. They fit my daughters feet perfectly. Previously she always complained that her Clarks shoes hurt or her feet were tired. We've had bgreater shoes since May 2025 and she hasn't complained once.
When she's running or climbing it literally looks like she's barefoot (I guess that's the point!). But she seems to move so freely compared to other shoes. She's a bit of a sensory seeker and wearing these shoes seem to make her more confident.
We had one issue with a faulty pair of shoes, but Bgreater were very professional and sent us a replacement pair.
We definitely will keep buying Bgreater shoes.
For reference we've had the patent isabellas and the pink levisons for several months and they are both still excellent condition. We've just got the purple Ennis trainers and my daughter is super excited about them.

Poor quality Leather.
The fit is great and you see what they are trying to do. 2 issue. The laces are really poor quality and the aglets come off really quickly. Next, after a term of wearing them the leather bubbled. I tool them to a cobbler in town who said the quality of leather was poor. AI said the same thing. On contacting Bgreater they said the issue is to be expected but I've never seen it before. Thisnis after 1 term of normal wear. This was their reply to me:
"Daily school wear is also very demanding on footwear. Even without organised sports such as football, children place a significant amount of stress on shoes through constant walking, running, standing, and exposure to playground surfaces and weather. After a full school term of everyday use, visible signs of wear, including changes to the leather finish or laces, are generally considered normal wear and tear rather than a manufacturing issue."
Their options to rectify this we're as poor as their shoe quality.
The company has grown quickly and there were delivery issues in the summer due to demand. Unfortunately, the quality of their product seems to have taken a big hit. For the £50 price, I'll stick to Clarks next time.

My 12month old started walking early…
My 12month old started walking early and refused to wear any shoes.
We tried and tried but she wouldn’t wear any. Until my husband came across your shoes. It was like a lightbulb moment with our daughter and at 13months, we put them on her feet and she was off! We couldn’t believe how easy it was.
