The communication and responsiveness was great . The customer service I received was some of the best I've experienced in a long time anywhere. Cameron was extremely helpful, kept me updated proactively and explained my options very well. I felt I got what I needed quickly and painlessly. This is what "help" is supposed to be. Outstanding service from my Loan Officer, Fernando Medina. We received information in the mail about BHG Financial, and just out of curiosity and an interest in consolidating some credit card debt, I filled out the pre-qualification (no impact to credit score) on a Sunday afternoon. Fernando called for a follow up first thing Monday morning - very impressive! He was very thorough in explaining the loan details with no pressure. He even scheduled an appointment with me to follow up - much appreciated with a very busy professional schedule. Fernando was very responsive and had my loan secured within one day. Easy application experience with good web interface. Helpful team to assist with documents and great communication. Dan Rogers provided different options for me to review. He was available to answer my concerns and questions. I had amounts available to me that other lenders didn’t provide at more reasonable rates.
