Biffi Boutiques was founded in the second half of the ‘60s by the two sisters Rosy and Adele Biffi, who established the first two clothing boutiques in Milan. Thanks to their talent and their eye for fashion, the two sisters contributed significantly in consolidating the international prestige of the name Biffi, as well as reinforcing the success and evolution of the company through the constant contribution of other family members and external expert collaborators. Today, the Biffi Group consists of five stores (Biffi Boutiques, Banner, and Biffi B-Contemporary in Milan, and Biffi Boutiques in Bergamo) and the e-commerce channel Biffi.com. From the inception till today, the Biffi family believed in and brought into the boutiques various names of young creatives and designers, names that represent the style of luxury contemporary fashion today.

Gürtel war gebraucht und kein Entgegenkommen
Ich habe bei Biffi einen Gürtel gekauft und dieser war leider gebraucht mit einem Fleck auf der Innenseite und Gebrauchsspuren auf der Schließe. Ich habe sofort den Shop kontaktiert und das Problem geschildert, eine Rückgabe aber ausgeschlossen da der Gürtel überall ausverkauft ist. Eine Preisminderung wurde trotz der Mängel und der Beweise ausgeschlossen. Insgesamt ist der Shop von meiner Seite nicht empfehlenswert, da man als Kunde über den Zustand der Ware getäuscht wird. Für mich war das die erste und letzte Bestellung. Schade für Biffi, wäre sicherlich nicht die schlechteste Kundin.

Ho acquistato una scarpa numero 38 e mi è arrivato un 37, ho fatto il reso e ordinato un'altra volta la stessa scarpa, e mi è stata spedita per la seconda volta una scarpa numero 37 invece che 38. ora dovrei fare un secondo reso ed un terzo ordine per avere (se è vero) la scarpa giusta, ordinata due settimane fa. nel mentre i soldi pagati per i primi arriveranno, se tutto va bene, tra 14 giorni. I ordered an expensive coat and all was good until it got held in customs coming into the UK. Absolutely no help from customer services by web chat or email. I must have been mailed them over 20 times asking them to sort it out and got no help what so ever. In the end I tracked it down in customs and sorted it out myself after three weeks of total frustration.
No apology, no discount for late delivery, nothing…
Don’t bother shopping here find somewhere else.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Firstly 15% off as a new customer for a lambs wool Stone Island jumper, it is stunning on my hubby!
